How did you switch the orientation of the motor? That’s what i’ve been wondering. Did you do any modifications to the motor to make it the shorter drivetrain fit (other then cutting the chassis). It’s the way the motor is sitting over the slop i’m confused with.
What alloy replacement shocks can I put on the Monte Carlo 79 I see other low riders using 60mm style shocks but 79’s are like 1/16 scale actually even less but not quite 1/24 Can anyone recommend any?

What shocks are you running? Could you post the link please?
And if you have some advice on moving the motor back I’m trying to figure that out as well
Did you use standoff for the transmission and did you cut the drive chart
