Pink Perfection is my interior product diluted 8-1 and followed by Cover All Aqua Green. Great products. I spend lots of time getting to know my O’Reilly’s Team. Took them some fresh baked Apple Fritters on Saturday and this morning. I appreciate their customer service and your products; Pink Perfection, Cover All, Aqua Green, Rage, Formula 4, Aluminum Cleaner (for my boat trailer). Now I need to add some of your car wash products; Cherry Foam, etc.
Thanks so much for the superb video - just what I needed in differentiating these products - immediately ordered Pink Perfection from my local O'Reilly's (for pickup by 8AM tomorrow). The versatility of the Superior Products line is so impressive! I started with Formula 4 and will be trying others as the "inferior" garbage I have is depleted.
I definitely need one of them t-shirts.

Do these cleaners have any scent to them. Really interested in trying out pink perfection and RoadWarrior
I love green all at 4:1 and zap it for pre treat gets about 95% of all stains out for me
Does green all smell good?
I wish you could publish what is physically different between these. For instance the first product you mentioned vs road warrior. From your description, they could be used the same way, and are both excellent, and both strong. With the green and pink products being the most mild, the pink being the 'foamy' version of green. If that's all true, couldn't the first product you mentioned replace both green all and road warrior? If you wanted something more mild (like green all) just dilute it?
Maybe to make this a lot more clear you should focus on what these each should NOT be used on. Because without that, as far as I'm concerned, it seems like you can just buy the yellow one and be done. The others just seem like weaker versions for a lower price (other than pink that has some foaming agents.)
Lastly - the first product says non-acid. That would suggest that the others ARE acid based. Is that true?

Tony Parrish It is a concentrate. Start at 4:1 and adjust as needed

O’Reillys is selling Heavy Duty Cleaner under your name. Is this a Superior Product cleaner also? I have purchased 3 gallons of the stuff but you didn’t feature it??

Excuse me Ma'am, but not all us (quote) "counter guys" are idiots and we do know how to order products from our DC's. Surprise! We also know what line codes are. Store Managers have numerous other issues to deal with than to be beckoned by every person that walks through the door wanting any particular product. That's what counter guys are for! And FYI, O'Reillys employs "counter gals" also.
I watch your video's to actually gain some insight to the products I sell and found this video informative and also very offensive to a very large group of hardworking men and women!
I am not a PC type person by any means, but your "don't even deal with the counter guys" comment was over the top. Maybe you've been watching too many Rock Auto commercials. You Ma'am could learn a few lessons from Victor Garza in the comments below.
Why offend the people who are selling your products?
Not trying to offend anyone. We think it’s fantastic that you are trying to gain knowledge and we truly wish every counter guy or gay followed in your footsteps but unfortunately some do not. We have to deal with calls all day by our customers saying they tried to go into O’Reillys and order our products but were told by the person working the counter that they don’t carry our line, or even worse they have told our customers that the line has been discontinued. We just need our customers to understand the product is available from the distribution center and not on the shelf as a retail item. When we work in the field with your team members we provide a phone number dedicated to someone in the back who handles all the commercial business and is familiar with the professional accounts. Again, I think it’s great that you are excelling at your position at O’Reillys and you are definitely one of the elite that our customers appreciate dealing with.
@@SuperiorProductsClean took the words right out of my mouth. I frequently order Superior Products from my local Oriellys store and one time I called and said "hey I need to reorder some Dark Fury and the guy goes "Uh sorry sir we don't carry that line". I'm like dude I was just in there a few days ago picking up dark fury that I had ordered online lol How is it that an oRiellys employee says they don't carry the product...? like okay if you don't carry the product then how are you familiar with the name dark fury...? He even said he looked it up on his computer and said it didn't exist. I'm like okay dude you're either just super lazy or you're smokin some good crack. 10mins later I drove there myself and spoke to the store manager who was very helpful and promptly ordered the products I needed as I stay very busy.
