    May i ask how you cleaned navigation screen safely? I have 1 week old car and already it is so dirty for fingerprints etc.

    • @Themazcorner
      @Themazcorner  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      sorry for the very late reply. I first use a very soft brush and gently brush and keep the vacuum cleaner nossle close and such any dust off the screen
      I use the same type of cleaner you have monitors/tv's. You can use diluted APC(like 1:10-1:15) but I don't think all APC's are suited for the purpose.

    what product did you use for your door panels in order to remove those scuff marks?

    • @Themazcorner
      @Themazcorner  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      For the panels I used KochChemie RefreshCockpitCare with a Sonax interior sponge

    Great video again Maz, love the detail you go into. How do you find so much time? 🤔😂

    • @Themazcorner

      Thank you 🙏. I honestly don't find the time. This clean I had to split into three days due to the daylight being very short nowadays and everyday life :D
      Would love to make more videos but time and weather is a big constraint at the moment....

    The only think i dislike of the car is the alcantara seats.....(are they easy to clean and do they show wear if you use jeans?)
    How much time you spend in all the process?
    Thanks

    • @Themazcorner
      @Themazcorner  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      no issues with alcantara as such. It is a very durable material. If you maintain it once or twice a year you will have no issues for many many years.
      if you are easy on the cleaning as I was and don't oversaturate the material = using to much liquid. If using to much it will take long time before it dries.
      total all time spent with vacuming, cleaning the interior, leather and alcantara was 6h

      @@Themazcorner I have a question in regards with cleaning in winter season.On my previous car I used to take the snow off of my car with a regular tool taken from any supermarket.What do you use/recommend keeping in mind that I have the same car and color as yours?
      I am afraid of scratching the paint...

    • @Themazcorner
      @Themazcorner  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      If there is snow on the car I usually don't touch it.
      If you have the possibility you can park the car for some hours in a shopping mall or indoors garage in order for the snow to melt.
      If there is little snow you can always try to pressure wash it off.
      But I never personally use any tools to try to remove the snow if I am going to wash. If the top layer of the snow is loose but icy on the "bottom" you can try to gently brush of the the top layer, this if you are sure the snow is now gliding over the paint.
