Die Aufzeichnung des Konzerts fand am 04.11.2016 beim Crossroads Festival in Bonn statt.
Psychedelic is not dead: Die junge Band „All Them Witches“ aus Nashville, Tennesse, verabreicht dem Genre, das lange brachlag, gerade eine Verjüngungskur, die sich gewaschen hat. Nicht nur mit ihren exzellenten Alben, sondern vor allem mit mitreißenden, ausufernden Jams haben sich die vier Südstaatler einen Namen gemacht. Die Songs dienen ihnen auf der Bühne nur als Gerüst, der Rest ist Improvisation.
Zu den Vorbildern der Band gehören so unterschiedliche Bands wie Pink Floyd, Sun Ra, Brian Eno oder Bohren & Der Club Of Gore.

It's beautiful when people just watch a TH-cam video without casting judgment on other peoples' behaviors, musical tastes, etc., but sadly that never happens.

Exactly and a band like Greta Van Fleet is getting attention from sounding like Led Zeppelin instead of coming up with their own sound.
Tim thats so very true... They look exactly like Led Zeppelin and everyone talks about them like they had their own ways... And here`s a band with own style which no one is talking about. ATW is one of my favourites, for sure, and I think sooner or later they will have their hype, hopefully it is a good one.
....and if they don't get bucketloads of attention, then I shall be glad that they haven't been over-produced and made to be the next "big thing". They are perfectly great as they are. Rock on ATW!!

These guys are great but I wonder if anybody knows why they're unheard of? To me this is what they should be playing on "rock" radio.
The Rockpalast presentations frequently catch bands at their best and from what I have heard of this band, this performance was of a band absolutely on fire. Of the hundreds of live shows I've viewed, easily among the top 5.
Punks 70s metal aficionados and metal heads and all walks, coming together to appreciate a band that transcends the boundaries. All them witches….rule
Every 'Witches' live show I hear it sounds incredible, they are so good and their engineer/engineers are fire.

Best band on the planet. Saw them last night in Vancouver. Usually it’s a tough/ indifferent audience that’s hard to please. Not last night. ATW whipped them in to a frenzy first song in and had the sold out crowd eating out of their hand for the rest of the night. The band was spectacular and owned every sound that they produced. It was the best rock show I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen lots.
I was there as well. My favourite band ever. Me and a friend (who normaly is into complete different music) did Ketamine before their concert and met Parks in front of the venue. I was tripping my balls of because there music means so much to me and to be in the present of someone who is the creator of something so big for you can be quiet overwhelming :D We talked and smoked a Joint. The Gig was fucking incredible and intense. Even though it was indoors I saw the walls opening up and it looked like there were playing open air in front of the city under a sky full of stars. We left the Rickshaw and were like "What the actual fuck just happened?" If have never seen a band that plays that good life. A One a and half hour trip. Ketamine + ATW = A bloody good time ;-)
Of course I enjoy the hell out of them when I'm sober. But man psychedelic Drugs just fit psychedelic Music. Especialy when its live. One of my best music nights out ever.

Seen them back on December 8 at The Paradise in Boston. Without a doubt they are the best band on earth right now! Absolutely amazing live show!

Varun thanks. Man is he good owat. Reminds me of bonham the way he plays in tune with the riffs almost at times. Class act.
its odd because he is tall, set the drum throne high and still use everything very low. A weird posture to play plus those stank faces

they're all awesome musicians in their own league, but as a guitarist myself, I must admit he's got some wicked groove, and man, behold those licks
He is one of my favorite active guitar players. This band is my definite favorite active band. Their live versions are far better than the studio versions and they always play it slightly different. How I wish I could play these songs, but I suck at fingerstyle and slide guitar :(

One of the most satisfying newer bands i've come across on YT - love this sound. But the way this video was produced? it's not their style. Sometimes i think the Rockpalast crew gets carried away with the fancy camera work. I much prefer "Live at AB" (i think it was shot during same tour?) - it gives a realistic feel of this band's performance.

They were a trio at the beginning. Kind of a return. But I agree.. the keys are superior.

Same. Great drummer, but it does feel he’s on a different drug than the rest. They can’t really lean in on the drums even though songs really scream for that
They only have so much time and want to be respectful of the venue and other fans. They have a lot of songs to get through!

Two comments about the drummer that nobody asked for. 1. He sets up his drums so low he probably curved his back. 2. He chockes the hi hats too much for my liking, should let them rings a little bit more.
Unwatchable due to all the jump cuts and other bollocks which I guess WDR think is ganz modern!

couldn't agree more - theres a cut every dang second
agreed on both counts. This video goes way too far with the edits and crazy camera work, and therefore pales when you compare it to the Live at AB video which is much more their style.
