It was time to test the theory of Autumn Snapper fishing in Port Phillip Bay. Turns out the real theory is the actual Snapper season and whether it really is one, because Autumn might have just outdone it!

@AdzFishing I'm pretty sure they're from the trawler.
Same thing happened in 2021 up near Lake Tyers. Same size fish.. similar numbers.
They investigated that, and it was the trawler.

@AdzFishing yeah unfortunately the penguin has about the same girth,so it got caught in the net too.
I got reports of another two penguins washed up at Golden Beach.

Anywhere south of carrum until you get 16+ degrees. It's completely temp related, find temp and burley hard
