I have always enjoyed Ms. Diane Bish play the organ!!! She is very skilled and talented!!! I play the organ myself and it is a wonderful instrument to play!!!
Whilst the words were written by John Newton, the original music to which he put them, was awful. At some stage, the tune was changed to the one we now know, and is believed to have originally been a Scottish folk ballad.
