Ahhhh love it. It's bizarre I guess but it feels almost ' poppy' with a huuuuuge punk attitude (while the lads play old school, olmost 1980s metal). What a mix ! Such uplifting music. Gorgeous. Hell yeah ! Brilliant !

I think this is filmed on Island and the filming on the Eagly is so cool and sometimes u can see Alyssa phase into the eagly wich make me think she see herself as an Eagle. Good choice Patrick! melodic death metal would not be the same with buttery smooth vocals, good to see you 2 seem more open minded to this art form. I could not appreciate the harsh vocals for some time, and I was introduced to Amon Amarth with their beautiful heavy riffs and realized it was just meant to be and have fallen in love with many great bands since AE being one of them

By the way, Alissa, together with Elize Ryd, sang with Nightwish in a concert replacing Anette Olzon, a concert that was the cause of the break between Anette and Nightwish, with the subsequent arrival of Floor Jansen. In short, the stories of European metal often intertwine.

The point of this song and the other you are mentioning is not to blindly follow whatever it may be. Just blindly following a word, an idea or religion is kinda why our world are where it is. In the end its just a song with a lyric from a band that is a reflection with a little statement of how they see the world. Im more concerened about the blind belief of religous groups than a small band from Sweden´s take on life. "For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged. Undue harshness and a judgmental attitude toward others will result in being treated in much the same way by God."
