You clearly haven't seen an elephant trunk smashing a 1 ton crocodile as if it was a toy. A motorcycle barely weighs anything compared to that crocodile.
Elephants weigh like 10,000 lbs, if that cycle weighed 500 lbs, it would be the equivalent to a 150 lb person casually throwing around 8 lbs. So yeah, probably nbd for it.

Elephants used to be EVEN MORE overpowered, back when they were on the North American server. However, human players showed up and started griefing them to the point where folks just stopped playing that version and it was removed from the game. There has been talk of fans working on a mod that adds them back in by combining old, archived data with the current elephant builds, but nothing's come of that so far.
They are trying to bring back the wolly mamonth which, if i’m not mistaken, is a smaller build than the current African Elephants. Regardless, if it does happen, it would be a great achievement in the sciences.

Wolly manmoths were same height wise mostly but they weighed about 4-6 tonnes, which is lower than the african elephant which can weigh upto 11 tonnes. Hell i remember my local zoo had an asian/african (dont remember which exactly) elephant that was about 8700 KG. So yeah, wolly manmoths are definitely smaller than the modern african elephants.
Were they though? They’re already easily the most dominant species in their ecosystem(sorry the lion isn’t king of shit). It’s hard to imagine that NA mammoths were even more overpowered than current meta African elephants. I’ll have to look into it

Elephants actually have pretty good stealth in certain situations. Their feet are covered in a soft padding to support their weight, this makes their footsteps almost soundless. This means if you are not facing an elephant or if your vision was impaired (such as walking at night) you would have no way of knowing if one is approaching until it is too late.

You forgot the two main disadvantages of elephant mains: First, their tusks are highly valuable loot to their only predator. Second, they have an insanely long respawn time. The two combined mean that elephants are rapidly disappearing from the meta, regardless of how OP they might seem otherwise.
Human players should just take that in to consideration. If they don't, nerf humans plz !!

One thing you didn't mention about elephants was that their subsonic communication ability is even better than you'd initially think, because they've evolved the bone structures in their legs and toes to form a line that carries low-frequency vibrations directly to their inner ears, meaning that they can hear sounds much earlier over much greater distances than if they'd only rely on the vibrations in the air.

The weapons humans had to develop to even have a CHANCE at elephants says a lot about them.
I think you also forgot to mention the trample ability. Elephants usually use this with trumpet blast to add bonuses to intimidation and fear debuff but when used offensively its nigh unstoppable, its slow so easily dodged if countered quick enough but anyone caught in it risks heavy piercing and bludgeoning damage plus the additonal critical bonus due to size and mass.

Unless it's to the head directly, I don't think they died. Humans are surprisingly resilient. People tend to forget we were dominating the meta way before we had guns or bows or even shelter that could withstand nature. Theres no moral difference between watching an animal kill another animal or an animal killing a human...The weak die. Humans are inherently weak to a lot of builds, if not equipped with tools. Being overconfident in our superiority is whats gets people killed in human/animal matchups.

Seriously though, humans need somewhat a nerf. Every single time a major infight happens they invent new, more effective tools. From the WW2 and cold war expansion, they've got so many good weapons its too much.

@@mvalthegamer2450 the horse comparison also kinda breaks down when you consider that horses have been selectively bred for human-friendly behavior whereas most Elephants have a natural mistrust of humans, being wild animals and all.
Its amazing that elephants build is so powerful that even humans have problems with taking them down even with powerful gear
