Hi, i watched like 5 of your videos and changed my first iphone screen ever, first iphone 11 then next day iphone 11 pro max. Both with success. I want to advice you to put a iphone box or something else to hold your screen up when doing the repair. Looks tough to hold it while doing all the work with the small screws.
Perfect transition of screen but Ffffup n didn't unhook the battery now just a simple screen replacement is not coming on even after charging n the old screen which I could at least see glitched screen is now now happening 😢 now what please!? I have a new battery but b4 I install just checking for advise
No error messages? after Installation. have you turned it on to see if there messages like true tone color and or Original screen error message if it is generic

I was wincing when you were removing the proximity sensor. Looked like it was going to snap .
