Hi! 👋 I know there are some discount buyer agents but since commissions are negotiated with the seller directly now I don’t see the reason to work with one of those agents since you aren’t likely to get a rebate back from them. And frankly every discount agent I’ve ever worked with has been the most unprofessional, and difficult agents to work with. Cheap doesn’t mean better!
If I’ve been at a job for 24 months, and I’ve held a a second job for only about 4, would I have to continue working the second job for 20 months as well?
Typically we just need to document and paper trail the transfers! As long as you can source the funds it’s all good. But it does add a bit of extra paperwork and delays.
@andrewalvarez8 if she has any related work history prior (including any school time related to her current job) to being a stay at home mom we can use that to supplement the 2 year history!
All your content is so helpful, thank you!
You're so welcome!
Hey Caton! long time no talk. I am looking to buy my first home. Do you know of any buyer agent takes 1% commission max?

Hi! Yes you’ll need to have a 2 year history of working 2 jobs at the same time with no gaps in order to use that 2nd job income.
What would happen if I transfer a large sum of money from one of my accounts to another account

I have 24 months at the same job and my wife has 21 months. Would we have to wait 3 more months?
Was your wife in the same field at her last job? 24 months is really only needed for the same field of work, not the same employer :)
Previously she was a stay at home mom@@CatonDelRosario
