Lempira Wallet. Best EDC Wallet?

- The Lempira Wallet is a flap closure wallet with three total pockets: two internal, one external in the back for quick access. You can use the swing style of the flap to close the wallet, or tuck it into the internal front pocket for a cool “mountain” slope look. See photos above to get an idea.
The wallet comes in left and right handed versions. What this mean is that you can order the wallet so the flap closes to the left or to the right. Note: internal pockets face the opposite way (if flap opens towards the right, the internal pockets slope is towards the left. Either way, still accessable for both right or hand users).
If your bills are not much wider than the USD, they fit standing, unfolded in the internal back pocket. Otherwise, you would have to fold them in two or three depending on the width.
Leather: the leather is full grain leather from top Italian tanneries. Please see the second and third photos above to see colors and types.
Thread: 1mm, waxed, flat, polyester thread. Good quality. See colors in third photos above.
Size: About 103mm tall, 77mm wide, 14mm thick.

Hello, beautiful Lempira wallet. Can you tell me the specific color and leather type combination of all 3 types of leathers including the thread color you used on the first right handed model you show in this video. What is the difference between the waxed Petrol (pullup) and the Petrol (non-pullup) leathers?
Thanks for reaching out! Of course: I offer three types of leathers: 1) Buttero 2) Pueblo and 3) Waxed leathers. The pull ups are the ones saturated with oils that if you pulls them, it creates a lighter spot. The non pull-up petrol is only but doesn't create those lighter patterns, a more suttle oily leather. I only offer this one because I love the petrol look. All leathers are best quality from top Italian tanneries and as for threads: I have many colors: white, yellow, black, browns, greens, blue, dark red, beige...to give you an example. The last two photos of each product slide show on my site will show you all the types of colors for leathers and threads. Hope this helps. Best wishes :)

Ah, hi Norbert. Indeed, you are right. Exept that he had Olmo pueblo leather inside too, but the outside colors, yes. You are both men of good taste :)
Kervin : after watching this vid again, I agree with you about having the flap go inside the second leather layer. I think it is a cleaner and more finished look. As much as I love the Yohoa with the thumbslot, adding stitching adds to the aesthetic and again I agree with you to balance the 2nd color with the same color stitching. Can't wait for my Zela! Hi Norbert, yes, I love the look with the tuck in closure. But it requires a bit more work to do. So I am happy that when you are paying for something in a hurry, you can also quickly close the flap in that extra piece of leather in the front (where the logo is stamped). This way is also beautiful but Functional. As for the Yohoa Wallet, also incredible. I love the look but also the feel. I agree about the stitching, but you have to feel the Yohoa in your hand to know how that curved leather feels. Very comfortable to the touch without the stitching. All the colors of the rainbow are pretty ;)

Often my customers receive better wallets than the ones I carry. I take one for the team, in other words.

Open Seas is amazing. You should buy their wallets too. No, I am not copying them, this wallet is extremely different in how it functions and in how its built. Believe me, I own most of their wallets. But I take it as a compliment because Open Seas is my favorite brand after mine :)
Maybe you see the slope of the pockets and think of their Houbei. Fair, but that's where comparisons end in my opinion. I own both wallets and they are both very different experience. Mike at Open Seas is great though. I tell my customers that they should support him before anybody else because he has been a sort of inspiration to many of us.
@@PateplumaCo. I think you’re wallets are beautiful, and have very creative designs. I particularly love your more original wallets.
But this one, with all due respect. Just looks like you moved the cross stitching from the left side of the Houbei and moved it to the bottom. That’s the only significant change. Yes the cuts may be slightly different but that doesn’t make this a completely original design.
Anyways don’t waste your time replying to me, wish I could do what you do. Keep up the good work, I’ll definitely purchase a wallet from you in the future.

@@urieladair8696 thank you 🙏🏻. Like I said, I love Open Seas so I am not offended haha. I can assure you this wallet is very different than theirs. But I can admit that the GreNi wallet was indeed inspired from their GunDeck. It's my own take on the first wallet that made me love wallets. But even so, the back is very different and the internals too. But I am not afraid to admit when a colleague inspired me. With the Lempira Wallet, you are wrong. The Houbei was never in my mind when I spent days and even weeks working on each milimiter of its design. Feedback, comments are always welcomed and this what I love and how I learn. My take is: get a Houbei and get a Lempira. You won't regret it 😇
