Hey Aksh, not a legal advice here, but in many areas it is completely fine to use your name, you just operate as what is called a "sole proprietor" here in the USA and use your SSN for tax time

I have a question. If my company is not registered yet, should I use my name and go as a solo "marketer" or I can utilize a "company" name. This is really important as long as we are performance-based and we need to have a solid contract that safeguards our agency.

Disclaimer: this is not legal advice, you should always do your own research / consult legal counsel to identify the best path for your specific situation - not listen to a few knuckleheads on TH-cam : ) Going with a general company / holdings organization name is definitely what we would suggest. It can make you seem bigger than you are, and can also offer flexibility when you diversify or if you decide to move into other niches, etc. Instead of using our names or a niche specific name, we have a general holding organization which has worked out great for us which is a reflection of our company name. We would always recommend an LLC or corporation style org structure which offers a layer of protection to you and your personal assets should there ever be any sort of issue -

Yes you can 👍, but as 15 year old i think you will be using your parents bank account to receive money !

2k is fine since depending on your niche they'll make 4x that per customer you get them
