I had this done 2 months ago, but more of my leg bone was removed. No weight bearing for 2months. I started weight bearing yesterday. I’m in a boot still. Wear it at all the time except when sleeping and showering.

Shuffle as fast as possible- I am pre- surgical and I cannot run so for Me- it is a Moot Point- I shall get through it all- even at 85% its better than what I have now.

@saminami wow- I had an avulsion FX of both tibia and fibula- polyarthritic joints- so I'm now Rheumatoid and Degenerative blessed or cursed, take your choice. Can't use knee scooter ( both replaced) regular crutches( both shoulders also in state of replacements) so I guess it's wheelchairs and walkers for me- but folks I shall power through it all. One only requests surgery when the thought of it scares you less than continuing as you were- and I AM THERE!
