We have a lot of vitamin D deficiency here as well. My daughter and husband have both been prescribed special vit D since Covid. Oddly enough my husband and this particular daughter had a “bad case” of Covid when we all got it…..the rest of us did not get that sick. These two are also my only family members who are vaccinated. I have one daughter who never caught Covid….still. We had 6 people in our home with Covid 3x and she never once tested positive. We tested every other day with her because she also isolated from school. Blows our minds how she never got sick or tested positive. She even drank from my straw 2 days before I tested positive. Makes zero sense.

Also, take vitamin D with something fatty or oily, ( even a dollop of yogurt or a bit of buttered toast will do) and don't take it near bedtime or it'll seriously affect sleep. I'm not an expert but have read over and over that these things are VERY important in order for the vitamin D to do what it's supposed to do.
