Language is the source of interaction ,to bring people closer!!
Not to create barriers between people.
Learning English seems some kind of Achievement to small minded people .Hence, somebody regarding English or on American Accent gives them a kind of great pleasure ....these prideful IGNORANTS lack Sensitivity , Humbleness ,Kindness and Politeness which are more important as a Civilised and Cultured person than pointing fingers towards mistakes , finding flaws.
The conversation ,the content is more important than pronunciation and grammar.
The best way to learn is never hesitate to make mistakes .As making mistakes teach a lot.If one wants to correct somebody( in English speaking) ,the way of doing it must be polite but not offending at all . Not making others to realize that they are losers not knowing the English language well.
How many times do people speak their own mother tongue grammatically correct and pronounced words in their own mother tongue correctly!?!
Take it easy...Learn it as an International Language but not thinking that Learning English is the Biggest Achievement.
Being Civilized and Cultured is the Biggest Achievement not in finding flaws and demeaning others!!

Agree that what you say is more important than how you say it. It's good if you pronounce words correctly, but articulation of your thoughts is more important.
You can never talk like a native speaker of any language as a non-native speaker.
Accent reduction is fine, but getting carried away while talking in your own language(Oordo) is just downright dumb.

After coming to oxford England I understood how wrongly we are being taught English by our teachers. Specially pronunciation and accent. You should invite someone who sounds like natives. As native speakers can't understand our pronunciation and we find it super hard to get familiar with their accent.

Accent is not as important as speaking clearly and using good grammar. Indians are very successful in communicating in their own English accent and they are all quite very successful in whatever they do.
We get all stressed out or made to stress out for putting up an accent.
To listen to this teacher speaking in English is just a painful experience...I would rather listen to some bengali or Bilawal talk in Urdu.

Some people will tell you that they started with nothing and made it to the top through nothing but their own efforts. They exaggerate their challenges to make others feel that there’s no way they could do the same. Don’t be fooled. It’s the Almighty’s will every step of the way.

It was extremely painful to hear him talking in English. Forget about accent, he sounds pretty stupid with whatever accent he is trying to fake... repeating himself, rhyming his sentences 🤦🏽‍♂️

English is spoken in different accents ....there was a nothing "Funny" about it.
When speaking English in local accent is not funny then speaking English in one of it's accent is not " Funny" at all
....He sounds more pleasing when he puts stress on "R" sounds like American Accent nothing "Funny" though...
Yes, it's Funny and pretty stupid when he talks in local and Pakistani Accent.
English is an international language and it's always pleasing and beautiful to hear" English "in "English Accent "rather than Pakistani and Local accents.

@@fearlessali2852 stress on R and completely ignoring R is called Rhoticity and non-rhoticity... essentially American vs Brits English.
Indians speak English in their thick Indian accent, which is perfectly fine and acceptable, as long as it's not a broken English. Sad part is that, he is trying to teach them pronunciation while ignoring grammar. He sounds like Bengali or Pathan trying to speak Urdu.
