As a girl that has dealed with some huge dysphoria for the majority of my childhood ("feminine" clothing made me extremely anxious) I recently started to use long skirts, big earrings and more "feminine" clothes, after I shaved my head in a quarantine impulse and I love them! They're really comfy! I will always say that shaving my head was the best decision I ever made, I finally feel like myself!
I feel like DnP if embraced femme I would recommend medium length flowy skirts, long thick school socks, baggy shirts/hoodies and platformed sneakers. It's less dangerous and more their style
Tbh embracing femininity in my style is something I've struggled with for years, and I'm a cis girl. I think I look great in more feminine stuff, I wear big skirts and makeup around the house when I'm alone just because it makes me feel good. But I feel so much shame about being seen in it that I never wear these things outside. At the end of the day, a nondescript and unflattering jacket feels safer than attempting and potentially failing to be pretty.
hi!! as someone who dresses however they want and gets stares for it outside, i hope your struggle with femininity in fashion eventually eases because honestly, confidence makes 99% of the outfit work and when you realize that, it's the best feeling in the world. you deserve to know how it feels :)) /gen /pos
Okay, when Dan said he's unpopular opinion about donuts it did actually get enough of a rise out of me I took my washing gloves to come over here and type an angry reply before I realized that this is a prerecording for my current time. This is a good episode
im losing my mind, dan shaming us for all the fanart of him in 'femenine' clothing was sth i did not expect a couple years ago (jk i don't think he was shaming us, he surely said it in a very endearing tone and i love him for that;)
A past boyfriend who liked skirts was so so so touched when I gave him a French maid outfit, a nice one, for his birthday. Have several photos, but the best one is when we did the downtown #Austin TX Halloween parade. I'd also paint his nails and toenails with black sometimes red polish.
okay i havent seen any comments in any of the vidoes but DOES ANYONE ALSO GET THIS LIKE 5-10 SECONDS OF RANDOM SILENCE THAT START WITH THE BUBBLE NOISE AND STOP WHEN THEYRE MID-SENTENCE OR AM I GOING CRAZY
I'm with Dan on the doughnut front - love me a £1 box of tesco bakery donuts, really not a fan of krispy kreme and all the fancy donuts that are just sugar cardboard
I relate to meerkat Phil. I'm about to move to an apartment that is relatively close to the form where I'm staying at the moment, and outside of the viewing and getting to know my future roommates process I have avoided the whole area at all costs because I don't want to seem like this weirdo that's just randomly patrolling my future neighbourhood at crackhead hours.
Unpopular opinion: Dr Strange is so silly, with such absolute goofy names for the spells, such corny gestures, that even with Cumberbatch starring it makes me rethink everything MCU as entertainment for anyone over 12
Yes! And the Dr himself was such a smug, unlikable prat with no character growth. Even Tony in the first Iron Man was at least funny and compelling, but in this movie none of the jokes landed.
Completely unrelated question: Does anyone happen to know what Phil's upload schedule was, since it seemed to be every 1-2 weeks, but now he hasn't uploaded for a while?
I’ve just started getting into drag but as a king. I think a lot of trans people enjoy drag as a way to experiment with gender expression and play around with how gender is viewed socially. It can also be a way of embracing femininity and masculinity. You can be a bio king or drag queen too, and you don’t have to limit yourself to performing as one gender. Drag is often about caricaturing and challenging what it means to be a man or a woman through the deliberate exaggerated performance of gender. Also, it’s just fun. The trans TH-camr Natalie Wynn (aka Contrapoints) points out that how she dresses in her often-theatrical videos doesn’t reflect how she dresses in everyday life. How she dresses in her videos is often a type of drag, and she jokes about how she’s a bio queen since that is what she is. She’s a woman who dresses up as exaggerated female caricatures, which makes her a bio queen/female drag queen. It’s also okay btw if you just want to dress and be more feminine as a man. Femininity doesn’t need to be part of a performance or act for men to embrace it. That includes when it comes to trans men. I’m a masculine woman who’s been experimenting more with my gender expression lately, and the fabric I wear does not change who I am internally. I understand dysphoria can be a factor. I’m an afab genderqueer woman but would feel dysphoric in things like dresses, so I get that side of things. But I find it helps when I’m consciously dressing to be more androgynous or to challenge gender norms rather than dressing feminine “because I’m supposed to” or “because that’s what girls wear”. Idk if any of this comment is helpful to you but I hope some of it is. I hope you give drag a go, even if it’s ultimately just not for you.
there’s a queen on drag race called GottMik and they are a trans man. They also describe themselves as being fem too!!! drag has no boundaries, afab people can do drag as can trans people!!!
@@aimee5938 I love Gottmik, I hope he or Symone win. I finally accepted that I am feminine man that was a whole step. I feel fine and accept it. I am scared to do makeup. I know how to sew well.
While I feel bad they haven't been able to move yet, having a regular schedule of bants is very nice.
This is definitely the best name yet, although Lockdown Lads is iconic
Phil should do a video with Louise where she gives him a basic lesson in applying makeup.
The fans would eat that up!!
The description of Phil as a meerkat was so vivid, I could immediately picture exactly what he looked like at the window
phil calls dan a "dead, gay angel"
*castiel from supernatural has entered the chat*
THANK YOU
I love this comment
Idk why, but "recreationally or in a video" made me laugh a lot
"Recreationally" is making me imagine Phil going to the zoo in a crop top. XD
the names get better and better with each livestream

Long skirts are the fucking best, you can layer them in the winter and wear light ones in the summer and they're so comfy
Phil and SImplynailogical should collab

'I'm not pissing with rage' - Phil Lester 2k21
i was the response at 24:56!!! i screamed lmao
My brother hates peanut butter too he hates the texture
Protective Dan is a good thing
Remember Phil in the Phil dress? I love him in that dress without you know his face on it, and he seemed quite comfortable in it
Did anyone else notice that Dan said that the london one hasn't happened in real life, implying that the date one has? lmao
Unclear. He has fallen asleep under a desk at work and pressed a panic alarm though.
i did, i told my friend abt it and they agreed that that is implying the date one happend
Tell me why am imagining down in a like Wednesday Addams dress and completely loving the image in my head
The fishnets discussion hits so different in a post-sister Daniel world
thanks for uploading this :)

@@castielrobson6741 yeah lol I’m not sure if it’s just this recording or not
Yes I get that too!!
I can confirm other recordings of the show don’t have the issue
++ yes!
Dan, get into sweater dresses and leggings. I basically live in them, so comfy, and fairly androgynous. Asos is good for them
I been waiting for this one
Finally the perfect name
Phil in cat maid dress Phil in cat maid dress Phil in cat maid dress PLEASE
Donuts ARE overrated, but PĄCKI ARE KING.
THANK YOU DAN- I've never really been into donuts either they just seem too dense to eat and I never found this sugary bread appealing :/
Hello! :>
hope you have a great day today ~~

wow I love them
I was really hoping they'd use that name, lmao
"don't hit me with the uwu" hahaha
i would live for femboy dan and phil!
Thank you
Whomever suggested the $50 electric piano is a genius
Soooo Dan said that he has never had manicured nails? What about his nails in gaming videos during ii? They definitely look like manicured to me
They should do a video recreating fem clothes from fanart. Provoking? Maybe. But they give people what they want, after all 🤭😅
I’m moving right now and pretending I am commiserating with d&p abt it lol
Now we need Phil in a banana suit 🤷
6’2” OMG, Phil!
peanut butter is disgusting, agreed

I totally agree that: donuts aren’t that good, chocolate cake isn’t that good,
42:07 cringing badly, poor Dan
Phil gave 3 stars to the death cure...I think I have to unsubscribe 😭 how dare. I saw it twice in theaters and cried both times.

They see some in Twitter, you can try there
