It is a fresh and tasty club sandwich with plenty of vegetables.
✤ Ingredients (for 2 people)
-Bread 3
-Romaine lettuce
- lettuce
-Tomato 1
-Sliced Ham 2
-Cheddar Cheese 1
-Egg 1
-Cucumber pickle
- butter
-Rap
✤ Sauce (rice spoon measurement)
-Whole grain mustard 1.5 (if not, honey mustard)
-Mayonnaise 1

Just one tip: if you have a sensitive stomach, try removing the plastic wrap before taking a bite.

Actually, for weak stomachs i advise to eat a little plastic wrap, then you can build those stomach muscles up and eventually be able to eat the full proper meal with the entire plastic wrap ❤️

I didn't add cheese and I made a fluffly omlete with mushrooms, corriander and green onions instead of a fried egg. It turned out great.

it's been years since i last eat toasted bread and now i really craving for it
I love this recipe, everytime we go with family on a road trip i make these sandwiches into the car as a lunch/snack because it’s yummy and easy to eat withou getting dirty. The only thing i do differently is how I wrap them into the foil and do not cut it in halves. Thank you! I made this sandwich more than 20 times and still love it!❤

a tip for frying ham slices and bologna is to make relief cuts on it so it doesnt poof up. three relief cuts going about halfway towards the center of the meat slice should do.
