Only 12 months of gap is acceptable. Once you are done with IELTS, start work again
My sister has cleared IELTS and passed CBT .But agencies are saying vacancies are not there .there is no recruitment.

Hello sir mene abhi GNM me first year me Admission li hai kya me abhi se OET ki coching le sakta hu agar mene aap se coching Leni ho to kya fees lagegi Abhi meri college class 2month ke bad start hogi.

If you're in gnm third year, then yes you can start your preparation !
If you're in your bsc. Nursing then wait for at least 4th year.
Becoz the OET result valid for 2 years, and there is not any information about recruitment.
You can start working on your English, and you can prepare by yourself during your nursing course, but I won't suggest you join classes or attempt before completing Nursing
