yes! simon, the exec producer and ceo, is basically obsessed with outerspace and alien stuff. and it actually rubbed off onto the members of the group lol. xg is also the company's first group so everything about xg and xgalx (company) is tied together. the girls also picked the name xg themselves (if i remember correctly). xgalx is actually x-galaxy at first but i think they changed it to xgalx since it looks and sounds better, and also kinda a homage to their first group being all-female so XX from xgalx instead of XY for x-galaxy. oh and also wolves... i think all of the people in that company is obsessed with wolves and wolfpacks, you'll find motifs of it in the mvs and lyrics. as well as the fandom name, alphaz.
