Before anyone says anything, Momoshiki did in fact stopped time. Sasuke even made a comment that time itself had stopped but he was able to see what took place with his rinnegan whe Momoshiki first stopped time. This is already confirmed.
It could just be similar to when he was able to look into Naruto’s psyche plane with the sharingan. Time moves different in there and he was still able to perceive it.

I like the idea that the Rasengan is such a baller jutsu its just hardwired into Naruto's genes and overpower being rewritten.

At least with Momo you could argue he knew nothing else and being around Boruto changed his perspective quite a bit. I mean people forget Momo was probably born and raised with those ideals he's the youngest of his clan we seen and we know it's possible for them to have a change of heart (like Kaguya herself did). How likely is that? Well that depends

Because of momoshiki the relationship between Naruto and Boruto gets better. He finds something interesting about Boruto's fate and Then gets defeated by Naruto and sasuke. He places karma on boruto. In team 7 vs boro he takes over boruto body and defeats boro no diff he helped team 7 and Naruto indirectly the last time he took over boruto is when isshiki got defeated. He stabs sasuke's rennegan which changes the story and now in code arc you will find out how menace he is for society and about design: fused momoshiki has one of the best designs in Naruto/boruto. He doesn't have any real motives? Bro wants to become an otsusuki god i don't know why these otsusuki's want to become otsusuki god but i am sure there will be a backstory about otsusuki clan we might find why they wants to become otsusuki god maybe there will be a sad backstory just like Naruto villains and And only sad backstory≠good villains; villains=pure evils (which momoshiki is).

Boruto is becoming such a well-written character now that Kishimoto is in control. He has so many things haunting him. 1.) An alternate personality living inside of him. It’s not like Kurama, it’s an actual evil entity that can’t be TnJ’d. 2.) (Spoilers) He and Kawaki have switched places. Boruto was never Boruto. Kawaki was never Kawaki. All of Boruto so far was “rewritten” in people’s minds. Kawaki has taken Boruto’s place as the Seventh’s Son, and Boruto was abused by Kara for years. Everyone believes he killed Naruto but Kawaki sealed him away.
I think Boruto will end up being a more nuanced and well-written character than Naruto by the end. Instead of being raised by Naruto, he was beaten and tortured for years. He was then exiled from his village and seen as an international criminal all for something that never even happened. Man.

Kinda, but a few people still remember the world as it was. Kawaki still remembers growing up abused. Boruto still remembers growing up as the Hokage's son. Sarada still remembers being on a team with Boruto. Sumire most likely still remembers being in class with Boruto. Eida is the caster of the jutsu (though she apparently did it with Kawaki's help), so she's not affected. It's unclear whether Naruto and Hinata are affected, since they're in a different dimension. And it's unclear whether Sasuke is also immune to having his memories altered.
