Naruto’s taijutsu has always been entertaining to watch. He’s not your typical taijutsu fighter. But seeing him throw hands, THIS CALM, was amazing. Standing ovation.
Naruto's taijutsu after marrying hinata has been noticeably very chinese inspired, purposely to highlight that hinata taught him base hyuga taijutsu (not gentle fist cuz he doesnt have byakyugan). Naruto's taijutsu nowadays is heavily based on precise wing chun counters (hinata's influence) and his haymaker kick boxing blows (his teenage style). You can tell his composure and posture has changed dramatically from swinging with his whole body to precise jabs and kicks with his torso upright. You also see a lot of guard grappling (wing chun influence) where he grabs and pulls his opponent inwards.
Edit: he also blocks with his open forearms and fists (wing chun) instead of the retracted blocks (boxing). And punches from inside his opponents range instead of outside.

The fact that Naruto survived that hit from Isshiki after Baryon mode ended shows how durable he still is in base form. I'm excited to see the extend of his 'wisdom of age' sage mode.

20 years in the making for this mode, i watched naruto ever since i was a kid and now im a fully working adult, it brought tears to my eyes when he got this form and even more tears when kurama had to go away, i really love naruto. Such an inspirational character, so well written.

I love how Baryon mode's power is conveyed through the near total lack of Ninjutsu used by Naruto in this fight. There's no shadow clones, no substitutions, and with the exception of a single Rasengan, Naruto pretty much just mauls Isshiki with raw Taijutsu both offensively and defensively though the entire fight. He doesn't need tricks because he's just that powerful here.

He also did spinning kicks once in this video which is associated more with Taekwondo. In this clip he also used his guard close to his face which is a boxing guard. I never said he didn't use Karate or Judo. I was just admiring the variety in his fighting style. Learn to read.

Despite the falls they face they'll always spring back, no matter how much Pain obliterates them. Each of them are unique in their own ways and only grow stronger with each passing season. Man they nerfed Naruto and Sasuke soooo bad. They were fighting a beefed up madara and the mother of damn jutsu as KIDS. Sasuke had the PEAK of ocular jutsu and Naruto was given sage chakra on top of his 9 tails chakra and uzamaki clan large chakra pool. Boruto nerfing them for the sake of the story makes no sense. By this point in their lives they could beat prime hashirama. These are the 2 STRONGEST characters in the damn series and now they are useless? Makes no sense to me. Wish they went in a different direction with the writing.

Can’t help but feel sad everytime I watch or remember this scene. Kurama is gone…I haven’t read any manga so idk if there’s any talk of him coming back, but that’s all that’s stuck with me with Baryon mode. Kurama telling Naruto that it’s ok if he dies because he knows Naruto so well and how badly he wants to protect everyone. Naruto is definitely weaker with Kurama gone, but he’s not weak. But Kurama has been there for his entire life as well as ours. It just sucks…

He was a fantastic character and I think the entire concept of naruto as "superman" was perfect...being someone imo as selfless as Naruto was. His kid on the other hand not so much. I have a thought about how Naruto will still be a force to be reckoned with after the loss of Kurama. Kurama's chakra was experiencing a fusion reaction with Naruto's Chakra (most likely as a catalyst rather than a 1 to 1 ratio, which is why Kurama died but Naruto didn't). Wouldn't Naruto potentially be able to do something similar using Nature Energy or the Senjutsu Chakra he moulds using said energy? Obviously the ratio wouldn't be the same, as its fundamentally different than tailed beast chakra. Idk, but given what we know of chakra there may be something to it.
the issue would be sustaining it. naruto would need an absolutely massive amount of nature energy. naruto and Kurama have a similar chakra pool kurama obviously exceeding naruto but not by nearly as much as most would think.
with sage mode he'd need an amount that rivals his own for it to last nearly long enough for him to land at least a few attacks

There are a few options that would help with this, but none that I think Naruto would agree to (for instance, having Orochimaru add Jugo's clan's ability passively drawing in nature energy). I for one do not think that Naruto would ask Orochimaru for help in that regard, but if anyone can handle the sheer amount of nature energy being absorbed it would be him (hell, Kabuto damn near perfected it, and we know that Mitsuki has something similar due to the curse mark that Orochimaru placed on his heart).
That being said, I feel like him attempting to become the new ten-tails jinchuriki seems more realistic, as its 1. incomplete and weaker than the one he fought, and 2. Because THIS IS NARUTO, he 100% will self-sacrifice if it means protecting the shinobi world, his friends, his family...

Naruto's Baryon Mode resembles Ichigo's Completed Getsuga Tenshou. Both modes gave tremendous power to their owner.
For the Barion Mode, Kurama sacrificed himself, wanting to protect Naruto.
For the Complete Getsuga Tenshō, Zangetsu sacrificed himself to protect Ichigo.

As someone who's actually a fan of most of Boruto, even I can agree that Naruto should've been fighting like this right from the start.
Baryon mode should've been planetary, not just magical taijutsu.
Naruto was in perfect control for the duration of the transformation.

At the end of S2, they powered up Naruto and Sasuke (& even Sakura) so much that, now they could do nothing but nerf those powers.
You can't have both broken abilities (Additional effects of frog-fu, combo of Nine tail n sage Mode, All tailed beast charka, Creative use of sharingan n Rinnegan etc) and consistent plot, it's one hella to write them......
I understand that, but to totally kill off Kurama and take away the Rinnegan is a little overkill in my opinion. It would make more sense if they didn't give all the antagonists and the new Team 7 godly powers. They're just making the same mistake all over again.

you saw that part about how amado was saying that Isshiki was planning to bring his daughter back? and that it wasn't through like any method mentioned previously like it wasn't gonna be "in the infinite tsukuyomi" or whatever, he was gonna do it using a "special ability" and if you know about the mythology Isshiki is based on, his mythos character had a hammer that could grant any wish and that's the symbol on his chest at the top, so people assumed that meant he could grant wishes.
The way he caught those Chakra rods smoothly was just pure badass

@@san6984 his power in the series is needed. He is more capable than they have ever shown him in this series until this moment. They have never given a reason Naruto and Sasuke aren’t at the peaks anymore so assumption to most is the have been nerfed.
