the continuity is bayo origins, bayo 1, bayo 2 with an alternate bayonetta, bayo 3 with an alternate bayonetta but it's most similar to bayo 2's timeline
Puca seemed more similar to Singularity given their shared hostility to humans, Puca actively killed off every novice Morgana sent and wanted to take Lukaon's power for himself while Singularity killed off every Bayo in the multiverse in order to merge it and render all life in it extinct. Both also get the last laugh upon death, Morgana and Lukaon die and Bayo3 also dies and goes to inferno.

PS3 game where you collect different Fae creatures, assign them to one of the shape buttons, and can send them out as "attacks" while still moving your character around. A group of WW2 goblins becomes a charging bayonet formation, a Bugaboo charges up his fur to erect like spikes, a Barghest either swipes his claws or does a belly flop dive, a Brownie gives some sort of buff, and more.

I have a theory about the faeries. In bayonetta 2, it says that aesir gave great knowledge about astronomy to his scholars. (This is what it basically says) I think that the faeries are these "scholars of aesir" since they have a lot of star motifs
Considering how the can visit every realm and every part of the multiverse, I would argue, that they could be the natural inhabitants of Purgatorio. Paradiso has Angels, Inferno has Demons, Chaos has Humans, but Fairies choose to stay where Humans reside similar to how Purgatorio reflects the human world/realm of chaos, despite being the space between the three.

All of the Bayonetta games's summons are in Enochian so I was able to find Enochian dictionaries online and match their spelling. As for the actual chant, there is a tweet from Abebe Tinari (director of CatLD) with the spellings of her chants.

The other way is some words we use aren't directly translated. For example, the word monster doesn't have an Enochian equivalent. You may use the word CORONZON, which means demon or LEVITHMONG, which means beasts of the field. It's really up to how we interpret these translations we do have to create a semi-decent translation lol.
I did consider including Gunzelhark, Odradine and Fovylhund in the jokey history comic but I ultimately went against it since they were only really briefly touched on and I wanted to focus on what happened at the end of Arthur's rebellion.
Hindsight is 20/20 😅 Maybe in a future video I can go in depth on the journals in this game, though I don't know what I'd be able to add since the names of the generals are all original and I can't see to find similar names that I can liken any real world inspiration too.

One Lukaon (the adult one from Bayonetta 3) is a variant of Luka/Arch-Adam. The way Prince Lukaon (the one in Cereza and the Lost Demon) is developed in the story implies he is actually not a Luka variant and is just someone within this universe that is only similar to Luka instead of actually being Luka adjacent.
All the pawns are but it seems that being biped is a way to show status in their hierarchy since most of the biped faeries are ranked higher and they are also physically bigger.

I think you may be confusing that with Murúch. There isn't a faerie in the game that we fight named Selkie or similar from what I saw.
