4. అయితే కొనుక్కున్న ఆ స్థలం మా నాన్నగారు కు మరియు మా పెదనాయన కు సోదరి స్థలము.
5. అనగా ఆమె మాకు మేనత్త. ఈమె స్థలాన్ని మా పెదనాయన వాళ్లకు మాకు చెప్పకుండా 2.5L₹ కి అమ్మేశారు.
6. ఇప్పుడు వచ్చింది పెద్ద సమస్య.
ఏమిటంటే మేము ఉమ్మడిగా నివసిస్తున్న పెంకులతో నిర్మించిన ఇల్లు కలపను కోసి ఇంటిని రెండు ముక్కలుగా చేసి వారు మేము నివసిస్తున్న ఇంటి భాగాన్ని cut చేయాలని చూస్తున్నారు.
7. అలా కట్ చేసిన ఇంటిని పడేసి ఇంటి వెనకాల ఉన్న ఖాళీ స్థలంలో వారు ఇల్లు కట్టుకోవాలని నిర్ణయించుకున్నారు.
8. శాస్త్రం ప్రకారం ఉమ్మడిగా నివసిస్తున్న ఇంటి ని కట్ చేసిన ఇంటిలో మేము ఉండకూడదు అని బ్రహ్మనులు అని చెప్పారు.

My grand mother got mutated that land in 1995.and she transfered in 2009 almost 14 yrs completed.grand sons are majors at that mutation time.great grandsons are not majors.they got majority in 2005.if my grand mother gets good title then the purchasers we can also obtain good title

Father ancestral property sold without known son & daughters. It sold more than 18 years, which is more than 12 years. And son & daughters are major. Now son, who is younger among them age is 29 years old.
In this case, these children go for partition in court. Is it possible of partition.
