It's interesting you mentioned that. When I use to live in America for some odd reason as a kid I only chewed my food about 10 times per mouthful. After about 10+ years, even eating few junk foods, I had major digestive problems. It's one of the main reasons I got onto a raw food diet. Luckily only in 3 months 80%+ raw foods during the day and most of my symptoms are gone! Can't recommend enough that people increase their fruit & veggie intake. Mother nature is the best doctor!
The 8004 is now available. Its the same as the 8006 but in white, and it costs less. I would only go with the 8004 or 8006 if it were me. They are easily worth the small amount more for the longer warranty.
Great job, again! Showing the cleanup ritual rounds out the whole process, since some may be curious of the look/feel of vegetable pulp. I know I would much rather clean this up than a pan of greasy, cheesy lasagna. And I am bouncing off the walls with energy after juicing, as compared to eating a heavy, cooked, fat-laden meal. Bon Apetit, indeed!!
1. Yes, there is some nutrition left, but most of it has been removed. You can dehydrate the pulp. 2. Yes, the 8006 is chrome plated plastic, and does cost a bit more. So purchase the white if you do not need the chrome color.
If you were going to purchase the 8005, then the extra $40 for the 8006, should be a no-brainer. The 5 year longer warranty (15 years total) alone is worth the extra $40. The only other physical difference is the 8x harder auger, which is nice, but not required. The 8006 is $70 more than the 8003, which is harder to justify.
I have so many questions. 1. Is there any nutrients left in the pulp/fiber? My thought was dehydrating it as well since it is so close to that already, but just wondering if there is any nutritional advantage to that other than the fiber. 2. I read on amazon reviews that the chrome on this machine is not chrome but just silver plastic. Wondering, because otherwise just paying $30 more for a different color.
But it chews it much more than most people. People should chew their food into juice! (about 200 chews) good luck if the average american chews five times...
@yuppyguitar1 That's the myth, ha. The real reason is that it's so hard to digest all that food, which wastes a lot of energy. That's why you feel tired.

How much does it cost? Good video: you demo well and have lots of information and ideas, all of which you present clearly.
Best way to put it. Simple and to the point!
it works great. Please check my other videos for a video doing exactly that with the Omega 8006, which is the big brother to the 8005.
