One issue we have already come across is regarding the module placement on the left instead of the top. Zoho One has the Apps also listed on the left. If you are looking at Campaigns within the CRM, but go too far to the left and accidentally open up the Zoho One sidebar and have Campaigns listed as one of the apps, this can create confusion as it did for us. Took us an hour to figure out we went inside of the Campaigns App vs Campaigns Module within the CRM.
This is really important. The default user profile has to have all the setup options disabled. I have yet to come up with something that can't be done today that will be able to be done with CRM for everyone. Have you guys? How would this apply?
Hi Steven! I'd say the main thing that is uniquely new to CRM for Everyone is the ability to group modules into folders, and some of the unique permissions options for Team Modules (within a given Teamspace)

Very useful as always. Thank you!
