What happened in Luwero was a creation of Museveni and his bandits. This is why they failed to take the late President Obote and his men to any court. Even when he (Museveni) was in power, he failed to take them to the court. Tomorrow if Ugandans failed to take Museveni to any court then Ugandans are the problem.
