I was worried sick for this stranger for 2 days, telling everyone I knew and constantly checking for updates, the whole time with a pit in my stomach just knowing they were going to find her body, not her. When I saw on TH-cam that she was home safe, i literally screamed YES!!! Absolutely elated and since then, its been crickets. Most people didnt spend money but we were invested in her story for 49 hours. I have grown daughters that ive been warning for days now. Yes, we will use common sense regardless, but we have a right to know what the hell happened!!!

Maybe they're still investigating. More will come out in time. Look at the uproar after those 4 students in Idaho were killed. The police knew about the suspect within a week, and a lot of people were complaining because police weren't saying anything. Let law enforcement do their job, and time will tell.

My 1st thought was that it was an ambush where someone setup a child to lure someone. Then Carlee was missing from the scene, no child was found, and there were no reports of a missing child. It was also concerning that her car was found running with her purse inside, and her cellphone was found. I'm so happy that Carlee Russell is safe.

I have 2 young daughters, one is 21 and the other 19 and I warned them of similar situations although I don’t think I said it would be a baby that someone might use to get you to let your guard down but just a young kid is what I told my daughters. Maybe they're still investigating. More will come out in time. Look at the uproar after those 4 students in Idaho were killed. The police knew about the suspect within a week, and a lot of people were complaining because police weren't saying anything. Let law enforcement do their job, and time will tell.
Don't use the public kindness and willingness to help like it is a switch that you can turn on or of like it suits you. I get what you're saying but kindly disagree IF this turns out to be a hoax and IF the parents had nothing to do with it. I mean can you imagine the parents fear if they truly felt she was kidnapped? It's not fair to them to put their feelings on blast and say they deserve to get the same coverage as when she was missing. My 1st thought was that it was an ambush where someone setup a child to lure someone. Then Carlee was missing from the scene, no child was found, and there were no reports of a missing child. I have 2 young daughters, one is 21 and the other 19 and I warned them of similar situations although I don’t think I said it would be a baby that someone might use to get you to let your guard down but just a young kid is what I told my daughters. I didn’t tell them to be heartless and ignore someone who needs help but that they need to maintain their situational awareness at all times because they can’t help someone else if they find themselves needing rescuing

I personally know of a truck driver who actually did see a toddler on the side of a HWY, it was caught on his dashcam! He did not stop but provided coordinates to the State Troopers and when they got to that spot, the kid was gone! So, I positively know that Traffickers are using children to lure travelers into a trap.
