- A man who became violent at a Santee hair salon after being told he was late for his appointment last week was arrested earlier this week. As Tony Shin reports, his arraignment has been postponed for the second day in a row.

Your so right I was at an appt earlier this girl and her two kids had walked in before me, the lady came out and told her she can not be seen as her appt was at 930, and the lady had other appts, she said I tried to ask her the day before when I was supposed to be there, I’m not leaving till she sees me, the lady came out and told her that she was givin her appt time and it’s not her responsibility, the main thing is now she is showing her young kids how to act like a spoiled brat

Mental illness or not, he has a responsibility to maintain his own treatment. His decisions not to be responsible should not fall on society.

It’s possible he hasn’t had access to treatment. Support, counseling, and (likely) meds can be hard for many to get. When our system lets people fall through the cracks, other people suffer too.

I have Bi Polar Depression and Anxiety Attacks but I do not get angry like this spoiled idiot does.He needs to be punished for his actions even if he is Mentally Ill.He should have to pay for all damaged and the medical bill for the women who was hurt.Apparently he has a history of this kind of stuff.He should be Mentally Evaluated and be given both normal Mental Health Counseling to find the root cause of his anger and Anger Management .The thing was those who really have Mental Illness is they usually do not feel they need Counseling and they refuse any Meds to calm them down I once went to a Counseling Center where some of the patients were given shots because they refused to take any pills I am not sure how that worked or if it was even legal.I am assuming the patients must sign an agreement form

In 2023 he was convicted of SEVERAL Charges in San Diego, including a hate crime incident and a road rage incident. He was sentenced to 5 years in prison, but got out on parole. History of multiple road rage and vandalism incidences. Why is this guy walking the streets a free man?

I know what he did was wrong and he needs to be punished. But I work with kids who are in the foster program and one of my kids, I can imagine being this guy in 8 yrs. He just cannot control his emotions and outbursts. I wish I knew how to help him.
