Or a 1943 copper penny has a extreme value , one just sold in auction for under $300,000. Or maybe you did know and didn't really see value. Better learn some on pocket change if you didn't relize coin collecting has value then face value.

At 32:00, I have that retro Hot Wheels “Vintage” series yellow collection box. These came out in 1993 to celebrate their 25th anniversary. They redid all the old original models with redlines, in various color offerings. These are my favorite reissued Hot Wheels, since they redid all the vintage funny cars too. These castings were the best quality of the readily available cars, MUCH better than later years, without getting into the custom Redline Club offerings. That yellow box came with eight cars and in two separate versions. I have the “Series # 2” that came with three retro funny cars: A Snake, and Mongoose, AND the S’Cool Bus that lifted up. ALL in special colors. Mine is signed by Don “The Snake” Prudhomme too!

I have that Daisy Power Line BB gun at 30:15! The first one I had as a kid, my dad bought for me at BEST merchandise stores. I shot my finger with it and needed stitches while we were camping. He got pissed and chopped it up threw it in the campfire. I have another one, I bought used as an adult. Can’t remember where I got it. But bought it for sentimental reasons. 🤣
My uncle had one of those and I have great memories of running around my grandparents' farm playing with it. It shot upwards a bit, so every bb traveled in this really pronounced arc. 9-year-old me was really proud of how well I got at judging that arc and hitting my targets.
You might want to take a minute and look carefully at those political buttons. Some of those can go for big money. Someone is going to get a great deal if you sell them in a batch.

If you have no comps on an item on ebay, amazon or other major sites, where do you go get an idea of the value on it? With the volume you process it's bound to happen that you sell a rare $1000 military patch for $5.... so what do you do to mitigate these occurences?
This is usually the rare time I'll put something up for auction. If I know enough about it, I'll give it good description and title, and put the starting bid at something I'd be happy with getting. If it gets bid higher, great. If 1 person bids, then someone gets a deal and I'm still happy. If nobody bids, then I'll put it up as a Buy It Now at the same price and wait for offers and messages
