I give you an example of bieng not personal by gov officer. When I was working in uk, had boss from Lahore and we were not paying taxes and gov officer came to our shop and asked to pay tax and gave us 4 days time. Across the road we had another shop owner was from Multan to avoid £60000 tax we swap our shop with that shop.basically he started trading in our shop wd his phone shop and we started trading in their shop. Same officers came after 4 days and saw me in different shop with same stocks of trading and he recognized me and knew what had happened but still legally he could not do anything and left me just saying i cnt say anything as this shop spose to be new. He did not get personal even he knew everything.

السلام و علیکم سر، سب سے پہلے آج میرے اردو میں کمنٹ کرنے کی سب سے اہم وجہ ھے کہ ایک عام سے انسان تک میری بات پہنچے اور اگر میں غلط ہوں تو میری اصلاح ضرور کئجئے گا- سب سا پہلا نقطہ کہ آپکی ویڈیو کا کل دورانیہ ۲۷ میٹ اور ۴۶ سیکنڈ ھے اور میں نے اپلوڈ ہونے کے ۲۱ منٹس بعد دیکھنا شروع کی یعنی تقریبا ۵۰ منٹ کے اندر اندر کمنٹس کی بہتات سے کم از کم آپکی ایک بات کی تو تصدیق ہوئئ کہ اکثریت سر ورق پڑھ کے اپنی رائے دینے میں لگی ھے۔ دوسرا نکتہ جو کہ بہت اہم ھے وہ ھے پاکستان میں اداروں کے مابین فرق اور انکی اپروچ میں تصادم مثلاً آپ نے عرض کیا کہ ملزم کا تفتیش ٹیم کے سامنے دئیے گئے بیان کی کوئی اہمیت نہیں اصلاُ مجسٹریٹ کے سامنے دئیے گئے بیان کو قانوناً تسلیم کیا جاتا ھے۔ اب یہاں سے نکلتی ھے ہمارے نظام کی خرابی۔ اور کورڈینیشن یا باہمی روابط کا نا ہونے کے باعث اس کمزوری کو اپنے مفاد میں استعمال کرنے کے طریقے جس کی سب سے آسان مثال یہ ھے کہ ایک گھر میں رہنے والے چار لوگ بیٹھ کے آپس میں بات کرنے کے بجائے الگ الگ پڑوسی کو بولیں کہ بھائی ایسا کرو میرے بھائی سے کہوں کل فلاں کام کر لے ۔ لا انفورسمنٹ ایجنسی کوئی بھی ہو معاملہ کتنا زاتی نوعیت کا کیوں نا ہوجائے مگر پراپرٹیکنالوجی کے استعمال سے استفادہ حاصل کریں مگر پاکستان میں کچھ بھی نہیں صیحیح ہونا کیوں کہ ہم وہ قوم ہیں جنہیں آزادی ویسٹ کی چاہیئے اپنی زات کے لئے دوسروں کو ہم ایسٹ کی پابندیوں میں جکڑا دیکھنا پسند کرتے ہیں۔ منافق ، جھوٹے، دھوکے بازی کے ماہر ہوتے ہوئے مذہب یا زات قبیلے کے نام پے پروٹیکشن لیتے ہیں ۔ اور آخری بات جو آپ نے کہا ہم ردعمل دینا نہیں چاہتے تو مجھے یہ بتائیں کہ پہلے کم ہر ہر نقطے پے ہم قربانیں دے رہے ہیں جو اب ہر عمل کا ردعمل بھی دیں۔ وجہ وہی کہ کوئی ادارہ یا شخصیت برائی کو ختم محظ اس لئے نہیں کرنا چاہتا کہ کہیں کل کو اسے بھی اس سسٹم سے گزرنا پڑا تب کیا ہوگا
I was a little child once ur play “dhowan” was played I had memories of my family waiting for it desperately.. 😀 n later I watched this play so many times on growing up . I will make my kids as well watch it once they grow enough of age to understand the story .

Asher talks nicely and passionatley but saying of u that we ( as a Pakistani ) we need him, its not all true at all, there is a reason of my this opinion that, When IK had won the cricket world cup n 1992 I was a kid since then there were lot of people who were impressed by IK's thoughts of his view of Pakistans situation and in latter years we all had witnessed his thoughts had become a beacon of revolution in Pakistan but after he got entered into PM office of Pakistan we all have seen his efforts to bring Pakistan down to its knees. What ever he had promised in his all political compaigns he did not even have fullfil a single one of his promise. All key posts in his current government are being enjoyed by those who were members of those parties in past to whom he criticises them for all wrong doings to this country. So I think we do not need another IK but if u really wants him then we should praise him for what he had done in past for his courageous work while serving as civil servent.

I give you an example of bieng not personal by gov officer. When I was working in uk, had boss from Lahore and we were not paying taxes and gov officer came to our shop and asked to pay tax and gave us 4 days time. Across the road we had another shop owner was from Multan to avoid £60000 tax we swap our shop with that shop.basically he started trading in our shop wd his phone shop and we started trading in their shop. Same officers came after 4 days and saw me in different shop with same stocks of trading and he recognized me and knew what had happened but still legally he could not do anything and left me just saying i cnt say anything as this shop spose to be new. He did not get personal even he knew everything.

دوسرا نکتہ جو کہ بہت اہم ھے وہ ھے پاکستان میں اداروں کے مابین فرق اور انکی اپروچ میں تصادم مثلاً آپ نے عرض کیا کہ ملزم کا تفتیش ٹیم کے سامنے دئیے گئے بیان کی کوئی اہمیت نہیں اصلاُ مجسٹریٹ کے سامنے دئیے گئے بیان کو قانوناً تسلیم کیا جاتا ھے۔ اب یہاں سے نکلتی ھے ہمارے نظام کی خرابی۔ اور کورڈینیشن یا باہمی روابط کا نا ہونے کے باعث اس کمزوری کو اپنے مفاد میں استعمال کرنے کے طریقے جس کی سب سے آسان مثال یہ ھے کہ ایک گھر میں رہنے والے چار لوگ بیٹھ کے آپس میں بات کرنے کے بجائے الگ الگ پڑوسی کو بولیں کہ بھائی ایسا کرو میرے بھائی سے کہوں کل فلاں کام کر لے ۔ لا انفورسمنٹ ایجنسی کوئی بھی ہو معاملہ کتنا زاتی نوعیت کا کیوں نا ہوجائے مگر پراپرٹیکنالوجی کے استعمال سے استفادہ حاصل کریں مگر پاکستان میں کچھ بھی نہیں صیحیح ہونا کیوں کہ ہم وہ قوم ہیں جنہیں آزادی ویسٹ کی چاہیئے اپنی زات کے لئے دوسروں کو ہم ایسٹ کی پابندیوں میں جکڑا دیکھنا پسند کرتے ہیں۔ منافق ، جھوٹے، دھوکے بازی کے ماہر ہوتے ہوئے مذہب یا زات قبیلے کے نام پے پروٹیکشن لیتے ہیں ۔
اور آخری بات جو آپ نے کہا ہم ردعمل دینا نہیں چاہتے تو مجھے یہ بتائیں کہ پہلے کم ہر ہر نقطے پے ہم قربانیں دے رہے ہیں جو اب ہر عمل کا ردعمل بھی دیں۔ وجہ وہی کہ کوئی ادارہ یا شخصیت برائی کو ختم محظ اس لئے نہیں کرنا چاہتا کہ کہیں کل کو اسے بھی اس سسٹم سے گزرنا پڑا تب کیا ہوگا

Asher talks nicely and passionatley but saying of u that we ( as a Pakistani ) we need him, its not all true at all, there is a reason of my this opinion that, When IK had won the cricket world cup n 1992 I was a kid since then there were lot of people who were impressed by IK's thoughts of his view of Pakistans situation and in latter years we all had witnessed his thoughts had become a beacon of revolution in Pakistan but after he got entered into PM office of Pakistan we all have seen his efforts to bring Pakistan down to its knees. What ever he had promised in his all political compaigns he did not even have fullfil a single one of his promise. All key posts in his current government are being enjoyed by those who were members of those parties in past to whom he criticises them for all wrong doings to this country. So I think we do not need another IK but if u really wants him then we should praise him for what he had done in past for his courageous work while serving as civil servent.
