Designed for economic production of core sheets for distribution and dry-type transformers.
The line consists of the following components:
• Decoiler
• Strip guiding and roller feeding system
• 1 V-notching tool
• 1 Hole punching tool
• 2 shearing tools (45°/90°, 135°)
• Automatic stacking system on two levels which for fast and accurate stacking of step lap design
All punching tools are powered by high performance servo motors. Two independent shearing tools ensure high productivity. The stacking system ensures smooth handling of the sheets to preserve the quality of the electric steel and avoid core losses.
