Also the guy is taking several grams of gear to. Myself when I'm working with 315 pounds on the bench press. I'll do 10 reps with a 1 second pause on the chest using a full range lifting movement, no weak partial rep BS.

For everyone else, take it from a guy with damaged shoulders; you won't be horse cocking heavy weight overhead if you injure the complex connective and cartilage structure of the shoulder joints. Warm up properly, and be smart with your load progression. If you have shoulder injuries, properly warming up will help prevent further damage.
