This animation is fire but im pretty sure ghidorahs wing would have frozen over from shimos beam. Shimo froze godzillas whole body in a few seconds in GXK.
In reality, Ghidorah would have been frozen and brutally killed by Shimo and Godzilla. With Shimo's first Atomic Breath, half of his body would have been frozen. It has potential and it was shown in the movie, although well, if someone comes who gets angry they will see that I am right, since Godzilla in his base state can kill Ghidorah (In the part in the sea he almost died drowned by Godzilla, if not If it were for the Oxygen Destroyer he would have died). If my English sounds strange it's because I don't know how to speak it well.

Bro it always takes more than 1 titan to take down King Ghidorah, even Goji had Mothra and the humans helping him. Meanwhile King Ghidorah fights alone. He's just unbeatable on 1v1 fights. He was dominating Goji everytime when no one was helping, except for that water fight. Same thing here with versus Shimo.
Well the director confirmed both ghidorah and godzilla were physically equal so theyre fights would take forever and be 50/50 depending on stuff but i think ghidorah is a bit tougher since hes bigger, heavier, causes storms, 3 heads to shoot beams from and wings ig if they fight on land
The way shimo effortlessly pushed around Ghidorah, thats exactly how it would look if they fought, and i like the detail on how this is taking place millions of years back where we see a 2014 goji looking design, makes more sense for them ti fight together, even though its cannon shimo froze him, it would also make more sense that Godzilla had something to do with it too.

I’m just saying that Shimo had the higher amount of physical strength and raw power. The advantage that Godzilla had with the zero-gravity fight completely vanished whenever they both went up to Rio. Now with gravity actually present, the sheer size and physical strength of Shimo actually started to come into effect, and both the novelization and the movie support that he was now at a severe disadvantage. “But, maybe for the first time, Godzilla was a middleweight in a heavyweight brawl.” (Pg. 289) And just look at the GIF attached to this post. Does that look like base evolved Godzilla is equal to Shimo in strength. He’s getting shoved around like he’s nothing. Whenever Godzilla is straight up facing down Shimo, he’s outmatched physically. The fact that he’s able to hold his ground and not be knocked over is already a huge accomplishment considering Shimo ragdolled Kong like he was nothing before throwing him around. I know some of you are thinking about it, so now is when we talk about the biggest thing base Evolved Godzilla accomplished: the tackle. And yes, tackling Shimo is a massive feat, I will not deny that. But based Godzilla Evolved was only able to do that due to two very big reasons. 1) Shimo was running while Godzilla came from the side and 2) Shimo was not focused on Godzilla, she was focused on Kong. As anyone who actually runs would say, if someone shoves you to the side, it’s extremely hard to regain your balance. Even if Shimo is on four legs, it’s still relatively easier to knock her over when she’s running compared to if she’s just standing still. That problem gets emphasized whenever you realized Godzilla took Shimo by surprise by crashing through a building when her attention was on Kong. Again, when you’re taken by surprised, you have no time to prepare yourself against what’s coming. Even then, right after the tackle, Godzilla got his ass launched halfway across Rio right after he actually brought Shimo to the ground, and after he landed from the launch he was fully out of the fight temporarily from the blow. Which both the movies(shown by Skar and Shimo landing a wombo-combo on Kong before Godzilla gets back up) and the novelization showcase(via the quote below). “The larger titan flung Godzilla halfway across Rio. When he crashed to a stop, he lay still. Impossible, Hampton thought. Was Godzilla stunned? Injured? Either way, he was vulnerable wasn’t he?” (Pg. 289) It wasn’t until Godzilla entered his supercharged state that he finally became equal to Shimo’s strength and power. As shown in the novelization, evolved supercharged Godzilla is stronger than his thermonucler form. “ “Something is happening. Instead, radiation jetted from his open mouth, brighter, stronger than ever before. ” (Pg. 290-291) That description indicates that Godzilla’s body is going through the exact same thing it went through when he went Thermonuclear in Boston, however the venting method for the energy is from his breath, not from pulses. However they keep on saying the readings of radiation they’re getting are MORE than the ones they have gotten before-that includes Boston. He’s not melting everything around him simply because he’s better equipped to contain that energy, as the 20x energy capacity readings in the movie suggest. Now, with that out of the way, it is when Godzilla’s supercharged when he’s able to fight head to head with Shimo. As seen in the movie, that’s when he’s able to tackle Shimo when she both was stationary and aware of him coming. That’s when he can actually wrestle her without being overwhelmed-and even then, he’s equal to Shimo, not stronger than her. “Godzilla and Monster H(Shimo) were still wrestling. In his supercharged state Godzilla was doing better, but it still seemed like a toss up to Hampton.” (Pg. 294) Lastly, I want to address one more argument. That Godzilla was holding back while fighting Shimo. No, he wasn’t. He was full on trying to not die. He knows what Shimo is capable of and he does not want to have his life be cut short. Even the novelization said Shimo dominated base normal Godzilla in the past. It also says that Kong recognized that even Godzilla was wary of her power when he first saw her. “And although the titan beside him was screaming and rushing to the fight, Kong had the sense that Godzilla was… not worried, exactly, but maybe not sure. Like in the fight with the Machine Godzilla, when the metal monster was winning. Except they haven’t even started this fight yet.” (Pg. 269) That then begs the question, why didn’t Godzilla go supercharged earlier? It’s simple, he was able to handle himself in the Hollow Earth, and he didn’t have a good window to charge up in Rio until he got launched away by Shimo. So, final recap of everything, shimo is stronger more durable more powerful than false king(Ghidorah)
Bro is sped😂 The Godzilla shimo fought is like 20x more powerful Than the Godzilla King Ghidorah fought, and 1. Shimo froze godzilla with her beam within seconds and 2. Godzilla didn't one shot shimo, nor did he kill her, and he honestly had a little bit of struggle with beating her, and 3. King Ghidorah got his ass burned and melted to death by like only two or three of thermonuclear Godzilla's pulses, and evolved godzilla easily beats thermonucleic godzilla, so imagine how fast shimo would send ghidora to heaven. Even with that advantage though, Shimo still outclassed Godzilla in terms of raw power as seen when she overpowered Godzilla with her frostbite blast, and I’m sorry to say this to people who don’t like it, but Godzilla would’ve been killed by it if it weren’t for Mothra. The novelization even says so-and no it doesn’t contradict what happens in the movie-if anything, it adds more info onto the situation.
“This time, the World Ender didn’t wait to close the distance. Instead she unleashed the energy that had started that had begun the last ice age directly at Godzilla, who was hurtling toward her head-first. There was no boulders nearby, no way to change course. The icy beam struck him full in the snout. Ilene watched in horror as ice began forming on him, crusting his face and neck. His fierce glow sputtered and subsided, overwhelmed by Shimo’s power. But then Mothra was there again, her wings beating into the freezing ray and into Shimo’s face. The ice-Titan hesitated; the beam faltered. Godzillas eyes glowed through the ice, an eerie red color. He flashed red-violet, and the ice shattered and sloughed away.” (Pg. 176)
He would’ve been killed by that beam if it weren’t for Mothra’s intervention and he would not have been able to break out of that ice if the frostbite blast was still landing on him. He did not intentionally throw himself into the beam knowing he would be able to break out of it.
I’M NOT SAYING GODZILLA IS WORSE AT FIGHTING COMPARED TO SHIMO OR HE WAS LOSING TO SHIMO. I’m just saying that Shimo had the higher amount of physical strength and raw power.
The advantage that Godzilla had with the zero-gravity fight completely vanished whenever they both went up to Rio. Now with gravity actually present, the sheer size and physical strength of Shimo actually started to come into effect, and both the novelization and the movie support that he was now at a severe disadvantage.
“But, maybe for the first time, Godzilla was a middleweight in a heavyweight brawl.” (Pg. 289)
And just look at the GIF attached to this post. Does that look like base evolved Godzilla is equal to Shimo in strength. He’s getting shoved around like he’s nothing.
Whenever Godzilla is straight up facing down Shimo, he’s outmatched physically. That doesn’t mean he’s a weakling though. The fact that he’s able to hold his ground and not be knocked over is already a huge accomplishment considering Shimo ragdolled Kong like he was nothing before throwing him around.
I know some of you are thinking about it, so now is when we talk about the biggest thing base Evolved Godzilla accomplished: the tackle.
And yes, tackling Shimo is a massive feat, I will not deny that. But based Godzilla Evolved was only able to do that due to two very big reasons. 1) Shimo was running while Godzilla came from the side and 2) Shimo was not focused on Godzilla, she was focused on Kong.
As anyone who actually runs would say, if someone shoves you to the side, it’s extremely hard to regain your balance. Even if Shimo is on four legs, it’s still relatively easier to knock her over when she’s running compared to if she’s just standing still. That problem gets emphasized whenever you realized Godzilla took Shimo by surprise by crashing through a building when her attention was on Kong. Again, when you’re taken by surprised, you have no time to prepare yourself against what’s coming.
Even then, right after the tackle, Godzilla got his ass launched halfway across Rio right after he actually brought Shimo to the ground, and after he landed from the launch he was fully out of the fight temporarily from the blow. Which both the movies(shown by Skar and Shimo landing a wombo-combo on Kong before Godzilla gets back up) and the novelization showcase(via the quote below).
“The larger titan flung Godzilla halfway across Rio. When he crashed to a stop, he lay still. Impossible, Hampton thought. Was Godzilla stunned? Injured? Either way, he was vulnerable wasn’t he?” (Pg. 289)
It wasn’t until Godzilla entered his supercharged state that he finally became equal to Shimo’s strength and power. As shown in the novelization, evolved supercharged Godzilla is stronger than his thermonucler form.
“ “Something is happening. His energy signature-all that radiation he’s been sitting up- nobody has ever seen readings like these.” Hampton saw it now even without instruments. Godzillas new fuschia glow was building up from his tail, setting his entire body ablaze with barely contained energy. His eyes were twin stars, weeping glowing nebulae. Godzilla reached his forelimbs wide, and for a moment Hampton feared and explosion, like the one seen in Boston. Instead, radiation jetted from his open mouth, brighter, stronger than ever before. ” (Pg. 290-291)
That description indicates that Godzilla’s body is going through the exact same thing it went through when he went Thermonuclear in Boston, however the venting method for the energy is from his breath, not from pulses. However they keep on saying the readings of radiation they’re getting are MORE than the ones they have gotten before-that includes Boston. He’s not melting everything around him simply because he’s better equipped to contain that energy, as the 20x energy capacity readings in the movie suggest.
Now, with that out of the way, it is when Godzilla’s supercharged when he’s able to fight head to head with Shimo. As seen in the movie, that’s when he’s able to tackle Shimo when she both was stationary and aware of him coming. That’s when he can actually wrestle her without being overwhelmed-and even then, he’s equal to Shimo, not stronger than her.
“Godzilla and Monster H(Shimo) were still wrestling. In his supercharged state Godzilla was doing better, but it still seemed like a toss up to Hampton.” (Pg. 294)
Lastly, I want to address one more argument. That Godzilla was holding back while fighting Shimo. No, he wasn’t. He was full on trying to not die. He knows what Shimo is capable of and he does not want to have his life be cut short. Even the novelization said Shimo dominated base normal Godzilla in the past. It also says that Kong recognized that even Godzilla was wary of her power when he first saw her.
“And although the titan beside him was screaming and rushing to the fight, Kong had the sense that Godzilla was… not worried, exactly, but maybe not sure. Like in the fight with the Machine Godzilla, when the metal monster was winning. Except they haven’t even started this fight yet.” (Pg. 269)
That then begs the question, why didn’t Godzilla go supercharged earlier? It’s simple, he was able to handle himself in the Hollow Earth, and he didn’t have a good window to charge up in Rio until he got launched away by Shimo.
So, final recap of everything, shimo is stronger more durable more powerful than false king(Ghidorah)

1. Shimo froze godzilla with her beam within seconds and
2. Godzilla didn't one shot shimo, nor did he kill her, and he honestly had a little bit of struggle with beating her, and 3. King Ghidorah got his ass burned and melted to death by like only two or three of thermonuclear Godzilla's pulses, and evolved godzilla easily beats thermonucleic godzilla, so imagine how fast shimo would send ghidora to heaven. Shimo literally froze Ghidorah. It’s interesting as to whether or not Godzilla had to step in first in order for Shimo to freeze Ghidorah or not.
I think the fight was not about to pove who was the strongest. Since Shimo was present, it was the ultimate strategy to stop Ghidorah with Godzilla and Mothra. They have successfully stop Ghidorah without risking too much effort.
