Mamaroneck is another charming village in NY, and the fall foliage and decorations add to the ambiance. 😍 13:04 Harbor Island Park is so tranquil. 42:00 The water stream is so serene, but it's sad to see so many dead fish. 😢 Thank you for sharing this relaxing walk in the NY suburbs, AK! 🤗

I'm in Sal's pizza on Mamaroneck Ave frequently and frequented the Mamaroneck Yacht Club up until Covid ( friend owned it). Lovely town with lots to offer. Thanks for the video and keep up your labor of love. Good meeting up with you on lower Broadway and buying you lunch over a year ago.

Re the fish I found this in their newsletter: The Village's Harbor Master and our Marine Education Center have received numerous inquiries about dead bunker (menhaden) fish floating in the Long Island Sound and around the shoreline. This natural occurrence is called a “die-off" and it occurs every year when, due to heat, oxygen in the water is depleted causing an algal bloom. Some years, a “die-off” could be more frequent than others due to hot weather conditions. The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has confirmed this is the reason for the “die-off”. Even though it may be unpleasant, it is recommended to leave the fish in the water to continue the circle of life.

Lovely walk in perfect autumn weather. Gorgeous foliage and light. Such a pretty harbourside, but a shame about the fish. I wonder if there had been some kind of flash flood considering how high up the bank some of the dead fish were. Other than that, lovely calming walk. Thank you.

Hello Action Kid! I really enjoy your walks and it helps me actually in my business! I have left comments several times before. You show tremendous areas and the peaceful walks are wonderful. I also get a chance to see all the stores and businesses that I can call to offer our air and surface purification technology used in hospital operating rooms that is a Class 2 medical technology that was actually inducted into the NASA Space Foundation Hall of Fame in 2017, one of only 75 technologies in the world so honored!
With the concern that still exists for the quality of air we share indoors and the surfaces we touch still forefront on everyone's mind if you or anyone else you would know you could refer me to, or anyone who views and posts on your channels, I would greatly appreciate it!
We have units that cover up to 2000 square feet each, units to wear around the neck to wear in a train, plane, bus or other areas and also for cars and vehicles!
You can comment here your reaction!
    Thank you!
