The first time I had to be wheelchairs through an airport I cried. But my back and my knees were just done and I can't do that much walking anymore. Thank you for sharing your journey. Prayers for the recovery to speed up and get better for you

I have been in a wheel chair my whole life and wasn't bothered by what bonnie said or did people need to relax!
I have needed a wheel chair these last 7 years because a horrible sickness (with loads of pain) And I was very embarassed and it took me a year to accept I needed one and had to give in and not rent it but buy it !!!
@@nicojocesnits I am sorry. I hope that you are dealing with the pain very well :) My mum was told that she would need a wheelchair after 2 car accidents in 6 weeks that were not her fault. Her back is very painful and she struggles to move without strong painkillers. I hope that you are okay

Lymphatic massage can be done with a licenced certified massage therapist. My boss an friend performs them Here in Indianapolis. The main thing is to be sure they are using a high quality grade A essential oil, and girl you live in Utah, Young Living headquarters! Please find yourself someone local to continue the treatments for you. God bless you!
She was having theatres drained as well by her physician. She also has an open surgical wound. If She wanted to see some one else she would have stayed in utah
I know that Eileen, I was only trying to encourage her to keep up with the Lymphatic massages to continue the treatments now that she is home.
I will check with my boss in the am, as I am still in the learning phase as well and don't want to say the wrong ones!

I actually disagree with you Bonnie. Just because you were feeling good for a few moments doesn’t mean you didn’t need the wheelchair. It probably saved you from a lot of pain later in the day. I get how you feel, I’ve been there, but you definitly needed it and I’m sure it was really a blessing.

I love those first few minutes when you get home after being away from the kids and everyone is so lovely and you reflect on how much you missed them and the next second, the kids are fighting and screaming and crying and you instantly forget that you were ever away from them 😂 we just got home from Thailand and no joke, it took less than 5 minutes for the holiday glow to disappear 😂

A lot of us here in California have solar on our homes because electricity is so dang expensive!! They do have to be cleaned though, otherwise you don’t get maximum production out of them.

I think people concerned about you getting addicted to the pain meds is justified. Please look into the epidemic we have in our country. Opioid addiction can happen to anyone! !! It only takes 3 days..... 3 days to become dependent on them. Its a physical addiction. Believe me i speak from personal experience. Its not fun. People care about you is why they say something. That's what we're supposed to do. Help one another. Just please be careful Miss Bonnie.
My thoughts exactly. I know so many people who became addicted to pain killers and nearly died because of it.
@@carmend5026 Absolutely! !!! Bonnie and her family are amazing people. It can happen to the best of people. It will sneak up on ya and destroy your life. There are a few meds that are non-narcotic (non addictive) that could work, but...... I'm not bonnie. I'm not experiencing her pain. I just really, really want her to be careful. Thank you for replying! !!
@@thatsmrsy2u When I said I know from personal experience, I meant it. My brother passed in 2010 from an overdose. He started taking pain meds due to an injury. ... One thing led to another, and now has not here. My husband passed in 2015, EXACT SAME THING !!!!! The struggle is real!!!!! I hope she's really careful!!! She's a great gal!!

Carmen D Advil and Tylenol are for mild pain, not post surgical pain.

Funny story: I was six months pregnant (I carried small, so it didn’t look like much) and we were running SO LATE to the airport because of some issues at the check in desk with someone in front of us. I was almost in tears. A nice older gentleman who worked at the airport came up to us and asked when our flight was, looked at my little belly, looked up and said “so are you...?” “I’m six months pregnant.” “OKAY so I see you need assistance! Let’s go!” HE PUT ME IN A WHEEL CHAIR AND WHEELED US THROUGH SECURITY (and I had to pee, so we stopped off at the bathroom), AND TO THE GATE... we were the last to board. It was awesome and slightly embarrassing.
Worse story: I needed to use a crutch in DC while going through museums and walking because of a knee injury and at one of the Smithsonians I got a wheel chair (we thought I tore something so I was staying off of it as much as possible) - well, I had to pee... and so I was trying to wheel myself into the bathroom and someone came out and was being so sweet trying to help me and fussing saying the handicapped bathroom was a mess and I said, “oh no it’s okay, it’s okay it’s just a knee injury!” You would not believe how quickly she abandoned me and walked away!
Moral of the story: You don’t need to be embarrassed ❤️
BONNIE. When you’re up to it, I NEED tutorials on how to style my short hair! I recently got it cut short but I just can’t make it as cute as yours!!

Never be embarrassed about asking for help. Took me along time to realize that I really do need to use my walker. I have ms and I am more mobile with is and safer. Who cares what other think. (Well I did for a long to my detriment and safety). You go girl. Doing great! 👍🏻😃💖💖
Wow! That Uber driver is something else! I can say I have only taken an Uber 4 times maybe and never had that happen(been w/ hubby each time). Wow what a rude driver. Glad u didn’t get in his Uber but glad u made it to the appointment and had a better nicer driver.

BONNIE- Check with your Dr about dry brushing- You may be able to do this at home and keep up some of the benefits of the lymphatic massage.

I don’t watch every video, so maybe that’s why I don’t get it... but why did they have to go to California for this surgery? Surely there are good docs in Utah that do the same thing? And then she’ll have the surgery for the diastasis recti (sp?!) locally, right? Please explain. Thanks and God bless you and your family, Bonnie and Joel!!
Soozie 4Him so I don’t really know but I think sometimes other doctors just are more suitable for you. Also, that surgery might be a little rare or sometimes they only have certain places in the country that do those surgeries. Hope that helps! Have a good day or night.

All4fun ::: the condition is definitely not rare in Utah, as one of the main ( i would go as far as to say the leading cause of it) is abdominal pressure due to pregnancy. Considering women in Utah (specially mormon women) tend to procreate like guinea pigs, it is definitely not rate there. Utah is almos 63% mormon so...where there is demand specially medical, there is usually plenty of options in terms of treatment . I don’t have real statistics here right now, so im going by logic on this.
