Epic
Ready for Breeders cup turf
Be nice as he hasn't raced much
He doesn’t need it. Their season is over. He just won the most prestigious turf race in the world. He has nothing to prove to American racing. He already proved it by winning the Arc.
@@jeffmejia3556 He basically will be remembered similar to Sotsass and Almanzor.
@@jeffmejia3556 He Would Not Beat The American Turf Star...Thats For Sure
@@jackwoods9604 Jack, I made that common for two reasons. The American racing industry, plus whatever TV media covering the race, would use this as propaganda to promote the Breeders Cup especially the Turf event in which this Arc winner would compete. It would become a U.S. vs Europe type of thing where Europe has brought its best. Like I stated, the Arc winner won a very prestigious race worldwide; he doesn’t need to prove anything to the US.
Two, this year’s turf race is conducive to the American turf runners especially the ones here in the West. The turf course at Santa Anita resembles a damn miniature golf course. The grass is mowed to the roots and theres little moisture in the dirt; the horses are running on what feels like cement. The times reflect this and it’s more of a dirt race than anything else.
One added caveat for the Euros; their season is over. The ones which come over for the BC are kept in training an extra month. That s like asking the Kansa City Chiefs winning the Super Bowl mid February to stay in training for an extra month, fly to another continent and play a good football team.
