Excellent explanation of this topic. I just purchased an aftermarket slider driver-side front quarter panel window for my Promaster 159 Ext to replace the fixed, factory glass and was pondering the best way to get it installed. Now I’m convinced I CANNOT do it myself, for safety and not having specialty tools (nor the need to invest in them since my van project will only have three fixed windows replaced). I want the windows to be leakproof and have the peace of mind that they are installed correctly. Thank you for taking the time to explain a topic that the most van DIYers gloss over.
hi Matt, wondering you guys install dual battery and second alternator for 2020 Ford Transit? we had single battery and would like have dual battery so we can have 175A on CCP2😀

I never have, but we could order the parts. Email the shop to talk specifics. Shop@avcrig.com

What new windows?
We installed VWD rear sliders (bummed they didn’t have screens) and AM auto half sliders up front.
