This was by far the MOST helpful and clear video regarding the Heathrow Express into Paddington. We're going to London in four months so now we'll feel much better about where we're headed. I did read comments here that everything is cheaper if you book very early online, however, when I've looked at Heathrow Express it's not any less expensive at all.
I got three round trip tickets for adults for 33 pounds. That is cheaper than the bus. You have to buy pretty far in advance though. I guess that is why you couldn't get the 'early bird' deal?
you need to book at least 1 month in advance for cheaper fares. if booking 6 months in advance, you can get £5.50 fares. this does not apply in first class, where its £32 (free for children i think) even if yoy book early
Thanks! In this video I used the DJI Pocket 2, however in the newer videos I use a variety of cameras, depending on the situation, DJI Pocket 2, iPhone 15 Pro Max, GoPro 11 and sometimes the DJI Action 2, they all serve a purpose depending on the scene 😊
Great video and very detailed! Way better than the first one I watched!! I am an Executive Assistant and my manager is going to London so doing some ground work on transportation. Liked and following!!
Big thanks for this! I'm flying to the UK on Wednesday and planning to take the Flight from London Heathrow Airport to Dulles International Airport, then onto Oxford. Your insights have really eased my anxiety about this leg of the journey. Much appreciated, especially as I'll be using Express Parking for added convenience!
Thank you. We have been debating how to get from Heathrow to King's cross. I like the idea of the Express since it is quicker than the tube. Then we can tube from there. This seems way better than the tube the whole way with transfers. More $$ but better.
Thank you so much for this! I'm flying to the UK on Wednesday and will be taking the train from Heathrow to Paddington and then on to Oxford. This really helped relieve a lot of anxiety for this part of the journey.
Due to waiting time and the time taken changing trains at Paddington onto the Elizabeth Line, the Heathrow Express is not consistently quicker than the Elizabeth Line. The Heathrow Express is at least 15 minutes faster to Paddington than the following Elizabeth Line, whilst Elizabeth Line is up-to 5 minutes slower than the following Heathrow Express.
I sayed before other videos Heathrow express should go beyond airport it every 15mins from Paddington one branch tunnel on South West tracks Weybridge other Windsor Eaton 30 mins each branch a siding elizabeth line because Heathrow express can go beyond airport for same price South west trains. From London no oyster cards are not valid on thant service most are using elizabeth line?
Hi Daniyal! The ticket was £25, which is around 32 USD. You may get cheaper tickets on the Heathrow Express by going on their website, and booking in advance, especially if you book with a return ticket (£37 for "Anytime return" last I checked). The Elizabeth line I believe is £12.80, so that is a cheaper option. I may do a video on that line later. Hope that helps you 😀

This video is sensational and exactly what I needed, the same route I will take in OCT to London UK, and Paddington Station!
Outstanding video, great quality too! What camera do you use? Thanks!!!

You make it look seamless. We’ll be doing this in a few days. Great video for first timers to London.
Thank you so much, I hope you enjoy London!

Hello. Great video. I have claustrophobia. Did you have to catch the lift to the train or is there a walkway? Thank you.
Thanks! I do believe there was a walkway

£25 Heathrow Express, £12.50 on the Elizabeth line, takes 10 mins longer. Heathrow Express dererves to go bust which it will do soon.
where do you scan the ticket if you bought it online?
If I have pre purchased a ticket and downloaded it to my Apple wallet, do I just scan my ticket’s bar code at the gate?
Yes. You can just proceed to the gate barrier and scan using the bar code
How much this ticket cost? Is this cheapest among all options to reach central London from LHR airport? Kindly guide.

@@goingplacesyt thanks
If you buy tickets well in advance online they can be as little as 5 pounds.
Catch the rain on the underground Piccadilly Line, much cheaper.
@@philipbrailey Picadilly Line takes forevef
But if you are going to say Earls Court, keep walking and catch the underground train.
Stop ✋
