Hi, nice and helpful video giving the basic details of this tank. I have purchased this tank a week ago and your video was something that I referred too, before buying!
I had a question regarding the filter. I got a small flexible white pipe with a black nozzle attached to it with the filter. I don't know what function this pipe is for. Also, how did u get the jet like water squirt from the small nozzle in the main filter? On screen right hand side.

Both your questions get a same answer...the pipe you got with the nozzle has to be attached to the filter body..and this same pipe will suck in the the air and mix it with water ....also giving that jet like water squirt...
Attack the pipe to the opening just above that air flow nozzle
Hi sir im using same RS electrical 300B tank, my question is can this tank have 3 kgs of gravel as i hv put same like your's white gravel. And also let me know that when it is filtering water is sparkling up to top and the top is getting wet and the front, sides bottom got slightly wet! Is it normal?

How to keep crystal clear water in this aquarium
I have bought RS 1200el from OLX. Can you please let me know what material it made up of ? Tampered glass or simple glass or acrylic? I want to drill holes in the bottom of the aquarium. Pls help
I don't know that exactly but I can predict it to be made of simple glass only

My filter is not pumping out air (through the pipe which mixes air ) , is there an easy way to make it working again?
There is a problem in that even my isn't working anymore if your filter is working then use it and buy one Oxygen Machine 150₹ and keep it that'll work fine i have done the same
Might be a cleaning issue...clean the filter assembly by fully opening it
And keep the warer level just above the filter level...not till full height of tank

Excellent review on the RS EL series. How is the quality of the inbuilt top filter. Can the top filter be removed completely. I am planning to buy this tank in 4 foot and install an external canister filter on it. What do you think?
You can remove the power head ...that way ur top filter wont be functional....
While buying or making the external canister filter, see that its pipes can come inside the tak through the little gaps on the backside...else you will have to make some cuts in the fiber cover...

Regarding its quality ...its sufficient i guess...bcz if you add proper media in it...that would also be sufficient...

Brother one of my friend said that after one month the glass of fish tank will become blurry.
So u r using it for long time, do u r glass became blurry??
It gets blurry...so put a fish called sucker cat inside it...it will eat up all that blurry thing...there no fault in glass actually

It will work...you might need to change the lighting Assembly

Mujhe bhi lena hai same but another company ka usme filter se upar se flow slow rahta hai so any issue in filter or mujhe alag se oxygen machine nahi lena padega na ye tank lene ke baad
Vaise issue nahi ana chahiye, kyuki pani upr niche ghumne se oxygenate ho jaega

I wish to buy the same model, however local shopkeeper is suggesting me to buy xilong's product as the glass quality of RS is not that good, is it so ?
Also I m not able to find this model for rs 6000/- , minimus price I've found is 7000/- for this model.

I haven't faced any issue in terms of glass quality. If you are getting that in the same price range & if the quality of xilong's is good , you can go for that too.

The tray in your filter should be beaneath ur sponge... you can also put biological media beneath that tray :) (Biological media at the bottom then the tray on top and the sponge on top of the tray)

Bhai is that severum cichlid in the tank? How many pairs this tank can keep ?? Also people complain glass broke due to temperature difference?? Any complaints like that ??
No complaint about glass breakage...mine is fine...yes it was severum...I guess you can keep some 3 ..4 pairs of the same
