Laat night, in my room at 3 am. i was seeing gibberish things in my vision, black and white. I was seeing weird shapes Like noodles but in white or black. And hearing things, like calling my name in a quiet way or telling me that this world is fake and stuff. I just realised that i have a psychotic break, it's terrifying. But whatsoever, Allah is with us and may he help me from my mental disorders ❤
