after removing my ipad is in DFU but recognized as Apple TV, it is no longer ipad , on restore it downloads apple TV firmware. it cant restore the iOs 9.3.5 anymore says they dont match, help

How come all tutorials say you need to remove R1204 and R1205 (and make jumper on R1205 place)?
A1454 might be different, but this is A1455 right?
I'm preparing to do this on A1455, so i don't want to mess it up.
BTW, i was on 9.3.6 can i restore 9.3.5 wifi (since there isn't 9.3.6 for wifi )?
