- Not able to fix HP laptop - 3 beeps 2 beeps. No display on the screen.
Unit has bad Motherboard. Attempt to recover data off SATA M.2 drive.
HP Laptop has no display on the screen.
HP Laptop is not turning on.
I'm getting three long beeps and two short beeps.
HP Website indicates this could be memory issue.
You may try replacement the RAM / memory to see if you are able to get display back on the screen.

If changing the RAM does not fix the problem, more likely the RAM slots are bad (Motherboard). Maybe you may want to take this opportunity to recover your data and move on with newer laptop / desktop.

If the issue is 3 long and 2 short beeps or blinks in hp. here is how I fixed it.
I had two slots with 8GB DDR4. I tried to take out both rams and put invidiual rams in both slots. First I put a normal 8 GB stick in one slot and tried turning it on. and after trying both slots one by one. It worked. So one of the slots stopped working :)

Mine didn't
make a recovery bios usb using a bios from HP drain the power from laptop hold windows + b then press power botton wait for it to finish untill the flashing light goes. Thats how i solved mine
