Dallas is an extremely vibrant city that feels very modern and very urban. Me and the wife moved from Atlanta and love it here! So much to do from Deep Ellum, Lower Greenville, Bishop Arts, Uptown, Addison, etc. I love Houston also! I just feel Houston just gets more hype because its bigger and get publicized more for being a party city especially for African Americans. Dallas is still lit especially when you're in your 30s. Not to mention that skyline in Dallas is amazing!!

The weird thing is...More blacks have been moving to Dallas over Houston for at least the last 5 to 10 years. So I believe Dallas has surpassed Houston in the amount of blacks living here. Dallas is and has always been a great city..but it is definitely still underrated in every category... which I think is a good thing. People are always pleasantly surprised when they get here.

Sup Brothers. Can i ask why the switch from Atl to Hst & Dal pls? Just doin my research on where to plant my feet in the u.s for on & off living btw 2 countries & G.A is 1 on my list then HST. But another great vlogger i follow by the name of DWHO just moved to Dal after scoping out HST, NC, MIA, & Arizona. Another great content creator & teacher i follow called YouAreCreators (justin & wife) moved from MIA to DFW (i had to look dfw up cos i was stumped 😅).. so it seems that its definite good vibes goin on there for sure 😊

@@Luv_2P There's always been a stigma with Dallas' Black culture compared with the other two. People know that Atlanta is the BLACK Capital for the U.S and Houston has always up until the last 10 years been the better choice when it comes to Texas. But now the people that choose Houston first tend to migrate to Dallas after visiting a few times because they realize that Dallas is really what works the best for them. And of course a lot of people just simply do more research and choose Dallas first....The smoke illusions are clearing for Dallas now and people are WAKING UP!!!

@@marcusmorgan6748 Ahhhh i see. thanks for that Bro!. So Atl is the black capital, makes sense cos the music and arts culture there is strong! I guess thats why i was allured to it. & cos alot of my spiritual teachers reside there and houston also. I think what makes Dallas win over Hst for me, is the fact that it doesnt have the hurricanes/floods and that it also has the hot and cold weathers lol. Thank you so much for the feedback. 😊

DFW is just the best metro of the USA. It is big, it is the cleanest metro, with big opportunities, it has the most gorgeous communities and suburbs. The haters will disagree, but it is true. It is just DFW does not get the credit that it deserves.
