Dr Bob brings you SCP Foundation Euclid Class object, SCP-767 True Crime Anomaly - Crime Scene Photographs Animation.
SCP-767 is is the designation for a series of objects recovered from a Police Department. These objects include a series of photos, labeled 1 through 12 that follow a first-person perspective entering a room and what they find inside. The SCP 767 objects also include a police report for a murder investigation and a brown leather valise in which all of the other objects are stored. Subjects exposed to the photographs within SCP767 suffer a number of effects, with the effects becoming more and more serious depending on which photos were viewed.

I have to say. The original starting animations that display the SCP before the actual file is read from are so good and only getting better. Soon we might get one so good that the actual SCP Wiki might be updated to include a transcript of it.

When I saw the title “True Crime Anomaly” I thought you were talking about an SCP that is a television program that solves REAL cold cases like a documentary that’s nobody knew about and was accurate. Like “So and so committed this crime and nobody ever knew” and then the FBI busts So and so’s door in and arrests him. Like that.

It's Euclid because the foundation lacks the research and abilities to deal with it beyond locking it in a room. Safe SCPs are either functionally harmless, easily understandable, or the conditions to activate them are rare/easy to prevent. The only thing known about this SCP is that, if you look at certain pictures, you get eaten by a shadow.
Seems like an invitation to 'Dead by Daylight' given how the black mass tendrils resemble 'The Entity'.

I love that every video has the anomalous effects of the scp being reviewed happening to Dr bob himself at the end of the video.
In the knotty stalker video someone said he didn’t like the episode because Dr. Bob was “holding back information” and Dr. Bob asks how, and the guy says blood and gore wasn’t shown enough, what? Anyways, this episode definitely has it’s fare share of blood, I just find it funny that the guy got his way in the end.
It is weird, really. If an SCP talks about terrible things (rape, gore, violence, torture, etc), I prefer if it stays said rather that plainly shown. If Dr. Bob doesn't want to draw and animate horrible shit, but still clearly states what the SCP does, I support him 100%. He shouldn't feel forced to do so.
@@Jake007123 Not all SCPs are themed in a way that explore body horror tropes like those examples; it's just common due to the popular use of horror associated with SCP. Besides, it's fitting for this SCP that's themed around a crime scene, and seems like what the article itself hints to: "SCP-767-3 through SCP-767-1 portray a corpse, initially intact but with heavy lacerations, then [DATA EXPUNGED]."

That might be another effect, whoever finds that leather bag feels compelled to open it and look inside it.

I think that it can be blamed on non-anomalous curiosity; many humans can't resist exploring something that has caught their attention, for the simplest of reasons. In this case, it's because it's a leather case within a archive of cardboard.
