one funny thing is that when i was in my 20s i was a really confident guy and i had very limited savings and only worked part time. now that im in my 30s my confidence just declined drastically. i keep in shape, but as life became soo expensive i spend most of what i earn either on rent food or transport.
Of course they're like that. Because approaching women you don't know without any indicators of interest is both weird and daunting. This stuff is hardwired into us due to thousands of years of tribal living. Where approaching outsiders could get you killed or your reputation could get destroyed if you get rejected. That's why you approach the girls who give you "the look". And you're not a wimp for not wanting to do it or finding it hard to do, nor are you a macho man for doing it without hesitation. The guys who find it hard are living in reality, they recognise the threat of rejection, the oddity of it. Just approach women who gives you indicators of interest and you have none of these problems.

Just because you receive these, doesn't mean she likes you for sure: -She touches you -She initiates contact with you -She enters your frame -She gazes at you -She dresses to impress you -She buys you things -She remembers details about you -She puts in effort towards you Very simple list for the sake of being concise.
If you're living with this mindset that everything is a competition, don't you always compare yourself to others which is a losing game as there's always someone who has more or is better in the particular thing than you? I used to subscribe more to this mindset but I'm shifting away with the realization that you can never win the comparison game. Thoughts?
I agree, men should appreciate themselves and winning in physical fitness and your occupation/business correlates to confidence in the dating market. If she’s giving you chemistry, or a vibe, there’s no reason not to talk to her.
Bro let me tell you something. When I am at the gym I see guys which are fat definitely not good looking in any way I will give them 1-2 out of 10 and guess what this guys they approach to most beautiful girls in the gym😅 and this girls stop doing what they do and smile and talk with them at least half an hour . wtf😅 I never see good looking guys approaching to the girls .only the ugliest ones approach them . What I observed from this that this guys have nothing to lose full of confidence so they just talk to them and this girls they are desperate for attention because they don't get any attention from good looking guys and they just talk back with them so that they feel good about themselves 😅🤔 good looking guys are so proud to approach girls . Including me .I will only approach a girl if I see good vibes or I get eye contact from them .

I have difficulties to know if a women is interested. They are not very clear with their signes.
