The Carolina Cyclone is a roller coaster located at Carowinds in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Carolina Cyclone, built in 1980 by world-renowned coaster builders Arrow Dynamics, was the first ride featuring 4 inversions, two loops and two corkscrews.The Carolina Cyclone is still running after 35 years. The coaster was repainted for the 2010 season.

My first loop de loop coaster I’ve ridden on.
Once I get on I don’t wanna get off I even begged them once before if I could get on lol at that time me and my friend where the only ones left riding it. Just us lmao

Cyclone is always a walk-on. Even on busy weekends there isn't much of a line.
This ride is super fun but you get headaches after words

I used to ride this quite a bit when I was a kid back in the 90’s. It’s fun to show my daughter now. 😂😂😂
The first looper I ever rode as a child. I remember when it use to be orange and was the best roller coaster in the park.

This was my first up-side-down Rollercoaster experience when I was about 10. That would be 1990-91 time frame if you're wondering. Haven't been back to carowinds since.
Go back to it! Definitely worth it since you haven’t came in so long the park has changed so much

Not my favorite at the park. It’s a fun ride but it’s kinda rough and the trains are a tad cramped.
