That's strange. I went and downloaded the complementary shaders (or so I thought) and mine don't look like yours do. The ores don't shine at all.

I'm an idiot. I figured it out in the shader settings. You have it set to unbound style but the water was set to flat and not wavy. That's what was throwing me off.
