Me too bro being a 15 yrs old I don’t push myself to far but i do my best and try my hardest like you I started 3 months ago i was 108 kg now im 90 but this time some of that weight are pure bloody muscles btw im 187cm talls so I think its normal to weight that much right ?

It all started with one of those " How I look vs how I feel Cbum tiktok shorts on TH-cam" and I was hooked. Life is so much better now, no random pains and aches , better confidence, I feel sexy without clothes and I'm addicted to pushing weights and find the whole fitness community very wholesome and supportive for the most part. :)
Two people I would always watch for no fakeness, no drama and no BS are Mountain Dog and Cbum. Keep doing your thing, we need more people like you in the industry!
Breon needs to do better in so many areas and that is the fact that he has 2 olympias under his belt. Just goes to show how amazibg chris is. As far as for Terrence he is doibg very well. Curious how the press against the rack differs in feel and activation compared to a smith machine press. Great workout. Awesome how a slight change in appearance can make a huge difference in mindset. You got this champ!
