Sharpie Galaxy Shoes - DIY Tutorial!

In this video I show you how to make galaxy shoes with sharpies!
Materials:
Canvas shoes
Sharpies
Rubbing alcohol
Spray bottle
Glitter nail varnish
White acrylic
Sealer (optional)
Ribbon
Beads/charms

Does the alcohol need to be used immediately or it can work even if the patterns have been done sa a week in advance?

I think you can wait and add the alcohol as it's a chemical reaction. I imagine it will work better straight away though 😊

Did the sealant work on keeping them from bleeding ink on what you were wearing?

Yes it seemed to! The colours faded though over time

I can't remember the names of them but it was a mix of blues, purples and pinks.

Water would not work because you need an alcohol based solution to break down the Sharpie ink.
