Amazing bike!! I find it amazing that you have to certify the bike even tho it already was a legal bike.
In america they don't have anything like that. If it had a title, they dont care how you modify it.
imean technically any modification needs to be mentioned to your ministry of transportation, if you watched the whole thing he mentioned that as long as he didnt cut or change anything on the frame registration would be easier since its already a certified frame but bc its not the exact bike they want to make sure whatever work he put in is safe (for example the batteries wont explode on high draw or the controller wont catch fire)

Crazy! Here they dont care. If it was registered, then it was registered and no one checks to make sure its un modified or modified. They just want their taxes and thats it.

Crazy. I dont know all our laws here in the US but I have never heard of anything like that. I know if you make a custom car you need a safety inspection to get it road legal but i know of nothing that makes us have to notify the state of changes to our car.
I wish there was. I'm a mechanic and I have seen some cars that should not be allowed on the hiway for one reason or another and there is nothing I can do to stop them from driving their car!!
What kind of range are you getting on this build?
Just fried my electric 56v 3000w dirt bike so I’m jealous 😥
What did your specs end up being? 0-100 acceleration times? Top speed? Range? Battery/Controller/Motor specs? Display?

if u put a smaller sprocket on for the chain, it will go faster. but if you keep the one you already have, it will have a lot of twerk and you could go up hills easily.

Was that a Cordless Ryobi One+ Heat Gun or corded? If it's cordless that's pretty cool @ 1:12, I think I saw a cord, I know Milwaukee makes a cordless version, just hope Ryobi will or does also.

guys ... I want to suggest the following.... a electric vehicle for ppl doing deliveries ubereats style, most of the electric options out there are for a wealthy type of person,... yet the cash is in creating a super affordable option for the workers!.... difference, there would be perhaps more than 1 thousand ppl buying per year... the rear system that you have on your e motorcycle, seems to be a main solution for a workers vehicle that truly needs to be running most of the day in the worst roads... affordable extended battery seems like a most have... perhaps adding a few super capacitors Tesla style would be the way to go... I most add that, for city riding a scooter/moped is the king, so creating a design that uses the advantages of the king would be a wise move... India has recently created the atheros 450 and costs only about 1500 us dollars if you can beat their price it would be a huge plus... china has a ton in the range of 300 dollars but then they were not meant for the uberdrivers out there.... in general the manufacturers are doing a hard turn away... this could be considered as a opportunity as there are none actually doing a vehicle like the one that am suggesting... perhaps the atheros is the closest...
I agree with most you said, but give it time, I can't wait till the precises come down to the same as ICE cars biks etc.

excellent work to rebuild enduro motorcycles to electric, when it makes the speed tests with other bikes, which is obvious the 250 with combustion wins, I make the annotation the electronic engine would not improve the performance of the engine where its speed increases increially. I put the example of a fan, since it needs to generate more speed and performance to the air porducur this is not done with the speed control. When implemented on the motorcycle, it would need a transmission that executes this action. the behavior of the motorcycle as you have the behavior of a escuter a fuel that worked only with the accelerator, but I know that the transmission part was made by electronic devices and small mechanical parts. Excelent work, oyga I am looking for work, well organized his workshop.

Damn dude! Did you snap your right arm off right below the shoulder joint? My buddy dis the same thing when he laid his ninja 1000 over, just a little higher than yours. He had 8 surgeries and is just now getting movement back to about 70%. They much have much better doctors there I don't think he can even move his arm over his head.

I've never been through all that thank God, worst I've gotten was a few cracked ribs and a bunch of rash.(knock on wood) I always wear gear but i was an idiot that day and didn't throw on my jacket because it was so hot out, lesson learned. I'd rather sweat my butt off than lose skin again.

Knowing that the electric motor already has this amazing bottom end power, shouldn't you reduce the rear sproket size by a couple of teeth? Otherwise I absolutely love your bike!! I would really love to build one myself!!
The sprocket is massive because there's no gearbox. The only reduction is the sprockets. A petrol bike has the gearbox reductions before the sprockets, so the rear sprocket doesn't have to be so big
